Absolutely the worst dining experience I’ve had in Hyderabad in years — and that’s saying something!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Let’s start with the so-called service — though calling it that is an insult to the word. The staff was utterly clueless & disoriented. We ordered Coriander Mushroom, Korean Cream Cheese Bun, Asparagus Tempura Sushi, and Crispy Lotus Stem. Here’s the breakdown of this disaster: • Coriander Mushroom: So salty it was inedible — like someone emptied an entire salt shaker on it. • Korean Cream Cheese Bun: Stale, chewy, and tasted like it had been sitting in the kitchen for days. • Asparagus Tempura Sushi: A bland, soggy mess — utterly flavorless, as if someone had forgotten what sushi is supposed to taste like. • Crispy Lotus Stem: Never showed up. Despite us reminding them at least ten times, it remained a mythical item.

We were so fed up we asked for the bill just to escape. I had to send my family to get the car while I settled up — that’s how desperate we were to leave this trainwreck of a place.

As for the 4.5-star rating? Laughable. Must be entirely built on paid reviews because there’s no way anyone willingly would rate this dump anything above 1 star. Avoid this place like the plague — unless you’re in the mood to waste money, time, and...

An indoor restaurant with live music and loud crowds is a complete disaster. Mirell successfully achieved all of it making the atmosphere comparable to that of a fish market. The loud noise made it extremely difficult to converse with waiters and our fellow dinner guests. Repeated requests to turn down the volume of the speaker right above our heads were ignored. Further, contrary to what their Instagram page says they do not accomodate dietary restrictions such as Jain food. In comparison to most "fine" dining restaurants they do not serve jain asian food. Further the service was slow and sloppy. One of the waiters hit one of our guests on their head with plates while moving around. Being a new restaurant everything there is experimental including the furniture. My mother fell down from the chair and suffered a hair line fracture on her hand. It's a new restaurant and I hope they improve over time. But at the moment...

I ordered crispy wonton and they served us crispy insect also. Going to a fine dining “pure veg” restaurant. We expect that it to be veg. But we found insect inside the dish. And worst part, “The worst part they had the guts to charge us on the dish that we couldn’t eat because of the insect.” We thought it’s a “newly opened “ so they will be cautious about the hygiene and these kind of things. Never thought this nightmare we will experience, whole day was ruined because of this and what they get the “good amount of money for serving us the insect.” It was a terrible experience and I doubt they have a hygiene kitchen as well. Who knows they might be having insects in their filings that is not visible to eyes until we are very cautious about every bite, as they are very irresponsible around hygiene and health of public.
