One of the best places serving authentic Indonesian food in Madhapur is sambal. This restaurant is located on the roadside attracting people passing by the road. The place had both outdoor and indoor seating.
The ambience of this place is classic and the Indonesian paintings on the walls make the place look even more cool and will surly capture your attention as soon as you enter the place.
The outdoor seating had beautiful lights all over the place making it a perfect place to sit and eat for couples. This place has a soothing music playing in the background. The staff here are friendly .

Read moreIf you're considering visiting this place, let me save you the trouble: don’t bother. Sure, the food might taste good, but trust me, that is the only thing this establishment has going for it. Unfortunately, the issues with staff, service, and hygiene are so shockingly bad that no amount of flavor can redeem this disaster.
Staff? If you like rude, uninterested people who seem to despise their job and you as a customer, then this is your spot. They audibly sigh while taking orders, make zero effort to engage, and spend more time chatting amongst themselves than actually working. God forbid you need anything extra—catching their attention is like chasing after the wind, and they actively avoid eye contact. They're clearly here to get a paycheck, and it shows.
Service? Calling it 'service' is generous. Be prepared to wait forever, and even then, your food might be wrong. They purposely leave your dishes sitting on a communal table for ridiculous amounts of time instead of bringing them to you. It’s almost as if they go out of their way to make the dining experience miserable. No effort, no care—just lazy and negligent.
Hygiene? Where do I even begin? This place is a health hazard. Cockroaches roam freely, and dirty food is stuck in the edges of tables like it’s part of the decor. The water bottles they give you are scratched and crumbled like they’ve been fished out of a trash can. The plates? Filthy. They “attempt” to class it up by putting a leaf on the plate, but even that is disgusting—soaked in water that looks like it came straight from a sewer. It’s revolting.
I've been coming here for five years, and it’s been on a steady downhill spiral. This place has become an absolute joke. The managers are just as uninterested and inept as their staff, doing nothing to improve the experience. It’s beyond disappointing—it's downright infuriating. This place has gone from a solid choice to a MASSIVE NO in every...
