If you ask me a honest review I would say the bisleri water, curd rice and kulfi ice cream was the only perfect and Upto the mark when I went for a dinner yesterday, though we gave a complaint about the taste and nothing had salt in it, I understand too much of iodine is not good for health but no salt is a very bad idea of food preparation.
With a simple paneer receipt we could sense because of its hardness (I am talking about paneer butter masala and specially prepared paneer manchurian was also terribly hard).
I trust the chef literally had a fight with management before preparation ends up a damage in customers minds.
I could see not only us many were complaining about food taste.
Barbeque nation we are regular customers and tried in various locations, yesterday you made us feel we should never try barbeque nation in our lifetime.
Despite of complaining I could see no response and never expected such attitude.
If you ask me the food that we had is more like a cheap hotel who charges 350.00 or 400.00 buffet.
Utterly a waste of money.
A request to Chef : please taste the food once prepared before serving to understand us better, a good chef should always see from customers point of view rather than cost cutting.
Hope you guys listen to serve customers better, but we decided not to visit wasting our hard earned money for sure.
P.S : those 2 stars are only for the employees for their kind service and enquire and tried to give us best receipe but even that failed because of a bad preparation. Barbeque customer service is always an appreciable...
Read moreIf you value your money and time, please i would recommend "DO NOT GO" to this branch in particular, total waste of money it was my nephew's birthday and I'm sad he had the worse experience ever. the BBQ was served after asking for it a couple of times, we were around 7 people and they would just serve 2 skewers at a time, honestly that just dint suffice if asked again for a second serving they would take time to serve (probably just a smart way to wade away the serving time) -Rice and curries tasteless, you could make out the food wasn't fresh at all. -Biryani was spoilt ( it actually was smelling) sad that's the most in demand for us Hyderabadis. -Green chutney -water was added , each time we were served the consistency got thinner. White pasta- goodness they added the worse stuff in it felt like smashed potatoes added. -BBQ was not cooked well. -Loads and loads of corn flour added to each and every fried item honestly i barely could feel the chicken or fish in it , just coated corn flour. -Deserts- gulab jamun was ok, the moong dal halwa was dry, pastries were pathetic quality, the only thing good was the gulab jamun and ice cream.
Lift- wasn't functional it was scary, we had to request a staff member to come along with us as he only knew how to do the jugaad. And lastly the birthday cake looked ok- but unpalatable since it only had cream on it.
I'd highly recommend - a '0' star for this branch in particular. Will never visit again. I value my money,...
Read moreLively and cozy place to hangout for a good food with friends. Firstly, the hospitality is too good. The servers are trained so well that they ask very frequently how's the food, if we need anything, any changes to be made in the dishes etc. Even the chef personally comes to table and asks if everything is alright, if any changes to be made in the taste or menu. Bunch of staff gather and wish loudly in case of any special occasions like birthday or anniversary. Ambience is very good. Coming to food, they have a buffet package, which includes starters, chats, main course, desserts and juices. In the starters, they place a small grill on the table and keep paneer, mushroom, pineapple, watermelon and corn barbeques over it. They tasted good. However, personally I didn't like to eat them much as it was too much in quantity. Main course had varieties of salads, sprouts, curries, dal, rice & veg biryani. Of which, lassoon palak was a treat to taste buds. Best curry I've had so far in a restaurant. Highly recommended, provided you are a garlic eater. Desserts included many pastries, varieties of kulfis, Shirmal, gulab jamun & ice cream, brownie along with juices and mocktails. Overall, a different restaurant experience with best hospitality and good food (taste wise). However, it is very pricey, but can give a one time go. And tips need not to be given as high service charges had already been included in the bill.*The food...
