Disappointing Experience

I recently visited a restaurant hoping for a delightful meal, but I left feeling disappointed. Overall, the food was very average, with several significant drawbacks.

First, the biryani was the worst I've ever had. It lacked the rich flavors and aroma that one expects from a good biryani. In comparison, Flachazo Buffet offers a much better selection with more variety at a more reasonable price. Here, the buffet had fewer items, making it less appealing.

The starters were particularly disappointing. They were extremely hard to eat. The chicken kebabs were the worst, as they were overly spicy and lacked balance in flavor. I had requested crispy fried chicken, which is not on their menu, but to my surprise, it was served and turned out to be one of the few items that tasted good.

The crispy corn and some of the cakes were also decent, but these few positive points were overshadowed by the generally poor quality of the rest of the food.

The selection of desserts was limited, with only one type of ice cream available – vanilla. And mocktails are the worst

The pizzas were another letdown. They were not up to the mark, lacking the freshness and quality one expects from a good pizza.

Bad : delay in service Bad : we were served 3 Veg and 3 Non Veg only once, if ask for anything you will get after 10-15 mins ( you need to ask 2 times), you should not ask more. Bad : you will fed with crispy corn multiple times. Bad : biriyani (we all know main course will be okay) Bad: wanted Naans waited 10 mins then left for biriyani. Bad : we need to call person of ice cream. He won’t be there all the time. But Is was kind. Overall it lost 2 stars before covid to 2023. Always someone will come and ask shall I remove the Kababs, Looks like they were on saving mode and made limited from unlimited. This was feedback from 20+ people who were with you from last few years. We always preferred BBN over the years, it’s time to explore the other BBQ. You may visit as you like, this feedback should not impact your decision. But I will constantly read feedbacks, we will suggest to teams try again once it improves.
