Food wise it's good , but the kind of atmosphere - no dedicated sitting arrangement and moveable chair are subject to availability.no proper/ suitable place for children to sit. only two tables for entire live customers and hand wash tap doesnot work properly at anytime.

No parking space for four wheelers and very limited parking space for two wheelers.

It is very difficult to stand and eat in the rainy season or hot sun or humid climate as it is an open top open air environment and on the main road

Very limited place for ordering food, live food collection and parcel collection hardly 6 feet space for everything

Cost wise - their charges are premium with no proper service.

Moreover no sambar with any of the tiffins only chatni and karam podi. when we ask for karam podi refill they don't do it easily and behave as if we are asking for free bees or asking for a treat from them.

The kind of attitude Mr. Hitesh/Ritesh while speaking to customers for taking orders is at the peaks/ Himalayas level. Definitely this kind of behaviour will hit back very hard. Best tiffin center with good hygiene in this area. Located beside bank of maharashtra very close to baptist church narayanaguda and shanthi theater, ymca. Easy to locate as this place is located on the main road. Parking place is not provided but cars and bikes are parked along the road side. Caution if you park your vehicle as this is a towing zone with no parking and standing. Hand wash is provided here but there are no wash rooms. Dine in and takeaway options are available. Outside seating is available. Seating is arranged on the footpath, can be removed by police at any time. Service is a bit slow because of the demand and crowd here. This is a pure vegetarian food outlet. Highly recommended for vegetarians as the menu is all vegetarian. Food is of good quality and hygiene. North Indian type of dosas are available not south Indian. No sambar is provided. Idly, vada and bonda are also available. Gun powder podi or karam podi has a unique taste here, provided along with chutney. Idly, vada, and aloo masala dosa are recommended dishes here. This was a surprise. The taste was very very good and unique idlis and dosas we had.

Ambience: Being a street food joint it's an outdoor seating and fast food like grab a seat, eat and go however cleanliness was good over here.

Food: We ordered a lot since we like the taste a lot :p

Baby plain dosa: For kid it was nice crispy dosa.

Cheese garlic idli and Tawa masala cheese idli both were good and super soft idlis. Only chutney is given and they do not serve sambar.

Dosas: we had 4 types of dosas namely rbs, pizza dosa, tickle pickle dosa and Mexican dosa. All were good unique in taste. Each had different sauces and none of them taste similar which was their plus point. I personally liked the tickle pickle, Mexican and pizza dosa the most.

I would recommend this for good idlis and dosas.

Concern: One concern is this all was too expensive as they do not have proper seating arrangement nor any ambience so I felt quite expensive as per the prices being charged for this kind of arrangements. Also parking is big problem over here.
