I have been a regular customer at this place for a long time and I usually liked their food. But this time I had a very bad experience. I ordered fried rice, noodles, and veg 65. The fried rice was okay, but the noodles were clearly stale – they had a bad smell and tasted like old food from the previous day.
When I told the staff about it, instead of accepting the mistake and replacing the noodles, he argued with me saying ‘everyone is eating the same noodles’ and refused to take responsibility. As a regular customer, I expected some honesty and at least a replacement or not charging me for the noodles. But he still made me pay even though I didn’t eat them.
