I had ordered devil's own and had requested the ccd guy to keep the whipped cream hard as it should be. He made the whipped cream extremely soft that it just melted. On giving the feedback, he first said that the cream is supposed to be like this. When I told that I have been having devil's own at various outlets since 2007, he said that the cream is supplied by local vendor and not ccd which is why it is soft. This guy was not receptive towards negative feedback and also tried fooling me. Hated this...

The offer was very limited, all cold coffee contains sugar, they don't have any cold sugar free option. Not possible pay by card at the moment..
