Feu Dessert Studio & French INSPIRED Patisserie wouldn’t have taken a shape if entrepreneur Shilpa realized her interest in dessert space over her family construction business. Adding up to Hyderabad’s potential dessert market, Feu brings in global-INSPIRED desserts & artisan bread. Besides, Feu hold culinary studio hosting classes, events, boot camps over the weekends irrespective of age groups enabling cooking & baking for passionate individuals.
After a good glance at the exquisite array of sweet course through the display, choose down to #StrawberryVelore #BanoffeePie #RedVelvet #BlueberryCheesecake. At least for me, It took a moment before I disturb the beautiful looking desserts on the table. Blueberry cheesecake was a disappointment to me initially but later when discussed with the chef on how it's crafted I felt it did justice to its creation. Unlike the conventional recipe, this one is a layer of crust, baked Japanese cheesecake, set cheese, blueberry coulis, blueberries. I felt the presentation was on point but taste varied between decent to Good with no wow factor. May be wrong choice or have to go back for their signature Ispahan, Macaroons, croissants this time and then get to a conclusion.
Overall a cozy place to unwind your stress on a sweet note. Yes, it’s a little high on price but worth a visit one's.

Read moreFeu, a dessert bar and a culinary studio located in the lanes of Jubilee hills above Bmw showroom. It has got an aesthetic and eye pleasing interiors. The vibe is so calm. The service was top notch & the the hospitality was so awesome, they have two seatings one an indoor seating in the studio and an outdoor seating. As this is a culinary studio they are very well known for their lip smacking desserts. Lets get to know what all i had. So I got my hands on 6 desserts which are red velvet, eggless egg, intense chocolate, exotic mango, hazelnut rocher and cookies and cream. Red velvet : it has and exteme soft texture on the inside and is shaped in a heart. Eggless egg : it is shaped in an egg and got a hard texture on the inside and a great filling on the inside just like an egg. Intense chocolate : this was basically an all chocolate desser which had dark chocolate in it. Exotic Mango : this dessert left me speechless by the flavour it. A perfect touch of mango added to it. Cookies and Cream : this dessert had an amazing texture of white chocolate on the outside, rich and creamy on the inside. Hazelnut Rocher : this dessrt was a bit unique than other. As per my taste buds this was a bit bitter in taste as it got the hazelnut touch to it. This was my experience at Feu. I totally loved it. I would surely recommend y'll to visit feu. Looking to visit it again soon....
