The food is not very consistent.

Why is there both a service tax AND service charge? The servers do not get either or anything else other than a low wage.

Do not expect to find any beer listed on the menu. Only the fine print at the bottom of the page applies. "Ask your server for more options."

2 Jul '17 - Food is still hit or miss. Your taking your chances. Same goes for service was thinking exception to the hostesses Anusha and Rose who are always friendly and helpful. Today sent back the boneless chicken wings as they had no bone in wings. Server insisted these as good but we're tough and chewy. Ordered fajitas as replacement which they forgot. They finally brought more than 30m later and only after I waved them down. Also, chips were over salted and my burger over cooked. This demotes them to 2 stars now and will be some month before I try again.

17 Jun '18 - Gave another shot. This place is even worse than before. Hot wings? Oh sorry we have no sauce. Bacon cheese burger? No bacon. Beer? Have almost nothing listed on the menu. I recently visited Chili's American Grill & Bar at Inorbit Mall, and I must say, it was an exceptional dining experience! What a treat for Food lovers this place is!! Absolutely incredible.. We ordered the triple dipper (had crispy chicken , Buffalo wild wings and chicken wings along with two different sauces), Texas cheese fries (JUST ORDER IT ALREADY 😍), Molten chocolate lawa cake (This one's a bomb ❤️), and chicken wings (buffalo sauce) with drinks.. I was not sure how the fries would turn out to be but it's a delight for cheese lovers and fries lovers.. Completely mindblown.. The triple dipper had three variety of chicken and each one is different from the other and all three tasted amazing. The sauce they provided was very very good. We wanted to have more wings so ordered them separately and I hereby declare, chili's makes the best Buffalo sauce in d city.. And the Molten cake, what should I say about this! Speechless.. Top notch.. 😍 I must mention Mr. Bravo Babu, one of the staff members who took best care of what we wanted and made the experience much more wonderful.
