Cream stone — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Hello on 10th of august 2021 I went to panjagutta next galleria mall with my niece and for our kid we ordered a small amount of 1 scoop nutty scoop cream stone ice cream which is of 70 rupees I was a very fan of cream stone and I always go to Banjara hills cream stone to have ice cream and the behaviour of working boys are such good how they treat the public and how well mannered they do their job but the work of malls are completely different today it was soo much hurting for me because at next galliaria punjagutta mall cream stone worker just bash ice cream 🍨 infront of me with no spoon no tissue nothing just becoz I ordered 70 rupees one only for kid what was that behaviour and that to he was rude and he mixed lot of water before smashing it and at last the othr boy didn’t had 7 rupees change to return so I told the to put some dried fruits they were sooo disgusting people I cannot imagine they are literally soo cheap to they were like no madam this that and all u can check c c t v photage I was in white abhaya watch...

Worest experience with the staff at store. i went to store at 9.50pm at the time they are doing closing I asked for the icecream. he is replying very badly and irrespective words he is using to me. his name Mr.Anil. He is the manager for the store.
