KFC Irrum Manzil: A Nightmarish Experience

I recently had the worst dining experience at the KFC outlet in Irrum Manzil. The fried chicken served to us was literally undercooked with blood clots on the bones. The chicken was old, emitting a rotten smell, and the taste was absolutely nasty. There was no juiciness, just a dry, repulsive texture. To make matters worse, after consuming this dreadful meal, my entire family suffered from food poisoning. Adding insult to injury, a lady from the outlet contacted us to apologize and begged us not to post a bad review online. She even attempted to bribe us with the promise of a free meal on our next visit. It's truly disheartening to see how humanity is being compromised for business gains. When we tried to call her back for further discussion, she had the audacity to block our number. Ordered food online came very late and came cold as if they packed the frozen food and order came with missing items worst experience I suggest people not to consider this branch and they reply with simple sorry for the inconvenience please stop doing this and upgrade your hygiene delivery management as you people take money and deliver partial order and the reply from the owner comes as sorry you have to face this issue. you guys don't even call back for the missing item instead just people stay zipped and take full money no customer handling no order dispatch management no food temperature check before order dispatch no cross checking before handing over to the driver simply good for nothing you guys should just close the branch instead of ruining...

The chicken we received was completely undercooked, with blood clots on the bones. The taste was horrendous, lacking any juiciness. To make matters worse, we ended up with food poisoning after consuming it.

Adding insult to injury, a lady from KFC contacted us to apologize and tried to dissuade us from leaving a negative review by offering a free meal on our next visit after which she did not receive my call at all. It's truly disheartening to see how businesses prioritize their reputation over customer safety and well-being.
