Been to this place earlier. Service was fine earlier, but this time it was Unsatisfactory.

Ordered Cafe Frappe and Club Sandwich Veg.

Ideally the items should be served together but Coffee came in 15 mins but Sandwich came after 25 mins.

👺Worst was, when I took a bite of the Sandwich a TOOTH PICK poked inside my Mouth which was put to hold the Sandwich. It was small size so it wasn't visible when I picked up the Sandwich.

Later I realised they had poked the Sandwich pieces with Toothpicks to hold the slices together. However they used SMALL SIZED TOOTHPICKS for this which is very 🚫 Dangerous.

The staff should use ✅ Long Size Toothpicks so that it's clearly visible. Else such small Toothpicks can cause serious injury to customers.

I visited this place this morning. Happened to speak to Mr Venkat, on the cafe's number, last evening-- about visiting the cafe for breakfast at 9:00 AM along with an infant and a senior citizen. He assured me breakfast would be served by 9:30 AM. He was courteous and polite. However, this morning when I turned up, I was informed that they weren't serving their all day breakfast options. I was asked to choose a pasta. Would have been best if Mr Venkat would have informed the same yesterday when I had called. We chose to leave rathen than eat a pasta for breakfast. Would be best to take it off the menu if you aren't in a position to serve breakfast to your customers. Sheer disappointment considering I am a fan of the...
