I would advise anyone who is reading this, not to rent a space at this specific branch. Save your time and money by joining any other co working space. For an in depth review read the entire paragraph because you should be sure you're getting your money's worth. For a place that claims to be premium, their staff at this specific branch are definitely not. The place has good interiors. But all the few good things I have to say is overshadowed by their staff's behavior. Before joining, the salesman/manager I dealt with had told me they have a minimum of 3 month commitment. Which kinda of exposes their falsely advertised attribute of being flexible. They also falsely advertised parking services. They told me they had a valet but what they won't tell you is that they don't park it in a parking area so your vehicle could be a subject to traffic violation etc. We agreed that for 3 months I'll be paying one month's rent few days before the next month started. I followed all the agreed terms. Now here is the important part before you decide to rent a space here. My 3rd month was supposed to end in February. On the 7th of January I went to this space and I had a very important client meeting. I had come in December specially to pay the next month's rent. The manager said that he will bring the necessary documents. I spent the day there working but he never came. I had to go out of town so this time as I had discussed on chat I was supposed to pay when I returned. So on 7th I went to office to pay and attend a very important client meeting. They broke their end of the deal and forced me to pay for 6 months. They told me they got an order from their superiors. It was clear it was an attempt at securing business in case the government initiates a lockdown because of the new covid variant. This truly reflects their selfish nature. So for that Workafella as an entire organization gets negative points too. I didn't even bother negotiating and joined a different co working space that very day. Their greed and lack of manners has resulted in them losing customers. So save your time and go to any other place if you expect a good treatment from staff, well organized structure so that you can have your important calls/meetings without hiccups and if you want want to feel you got your money's worth especially if...

The manager was busy trying to assess my ability to pay for the services. Absolutely downtrodden behaviour. I think they need relearn their mannerisms. My requirement was for a single desk and i did not mind going in for a cabin for the same. That was unavailable (not my mistake or my lack of ability to pay for it) and they said the only available option was a 4 seater cabin which was utterly wasteful for me as I am just a single individual needing space. So I requested for a dedicated desk but wanted my monitor placed there. Precisely the reason it is called dedicated desk. It is assigned to you. They come up with reasons that the monitor may get damaged and that was logical and fair. So I asked them to help me keep it when I am not around as I need to travel around 15 km to reach the place. I’ve been using this Co-working space for a few days.

The ambiance is calm and energetic. The furniture is comfortable. The staff is helpful and ready to answer all your questions.

They have a restaurant on 6th floor which serves food till 1am. I’ve found that pretty nice.

The toilets are on 4th and 5th floor. Not sure why there isn’t a bathroom on each floor. How ever they do have hand sanitizer on each floor.
