One of the highlights of the City Centre Mall is its location. Situated in a prime area, it is easily accessible and offers ample parking space, making it a convenient option for shoppers. The variety of stores and brands available cater to diverse tastes and preferences, and the mall's layout is easy to navigate.

On the downside, I found the mall's ambiance somewhat lacking. Despite being clean and well-maintained, it lacked the vibrant and lively atmosphere that is characteristic of top-tier shopping centers. The decor and overall aesthetics could use some refreshing updates to create a more inviting and captivating environment for visitors.

As for dining options, City Centre Mall offered a decent selection of eateries and cafes. However, I felt that the food court lacked diversity in terms of cuisine options. Expanding the range of food choices would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience for visitors.

Another area that could use improvement is the availability of seating areas throughout the mall. While there were some seating spots, they were limited and often occupied. More seating arrangements would be beneficial, especially for weary shoppers or those needing a break.

Furthermore, the mall's restrooms could use more frequent cleaning and maintenance, as they were not up to the expected standard of cleanliness during my visit.
