Deccan Deewan Restaurant — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I ordered mutton family pack. They given parcel with teared cover which is already used family pack stuffed in another cover. When I went to show them response was very worst. I just given them mutton family pack cover and came out of the restaurant. Just because of their ruthless behaviour came of out of restaurant. Loss of 899 rupees. Please don’t visit such kind of restaurants. And I also ordered previously for two functions from this restaurant but when I went to show that opened family pack the person who is on the bill counter responded in a way that he is not listening to us. So the only solution left with me is to left food to them and came out of the restaurant. I hope owner of this restaurant can see this and check CC TV footage of today’s 9:30 to 10pm footage. This is not fair to from your side. Didn’t expected such kind of response. I think this is the only hotel which displays doctorines of Khuran. Not expected this from Deccan dewani. I have gone through all reviews of this hotel owner is responding only for positive reviews. So this is also waste of time. God will take care of all...

No minimum respect on customers.. service was not good.. i recommend zero stars.. i have given a one star due to post the review.. me nd my friends use to eat grilled chicken regularly in down stairs nd i recommend lot of friends too there was good nd well respected staff too.. in A/C section that's totally different actually.. there sofa seating which were totally empty and we sat over there nd we ready to order but the guy came to us told us to vecate that seat.. he said it was for family. There were lot more seats to occupy if family comes,but he refused he didn't took order nd we just left that place.. i wonder it was around 11pm nd they expecting family on that time..😅😅 how crazy he was... nd beside there were no family only 2 ladies having there dinner happily.. but in our case it was different he just asked us to vecate.. we paying money we need best in all.. if there's no customer over there what's the problem in that??? I am not sure, if their chef is done this by mistake or this is what restaurant is doing regularly to other customers. Few days back I have ordered (take away) for Mutton Keema Naan. And when i opened the pack at home, I found that there is hardly any keema stuffed in the naan. It is just like a normal butter naan, no keema at all. I have tried mutton keema naan in many other restaurants and everywhere the small keema chunks are clearly visible from even outside but for deccan deewan there is no keema inside the naan. I wanted to know from the restaurant, if you really put keema or have you just named the normal naan as Mutton keema Naan. Anyway I am disappointed by the experience.
