Delhi Kitchen — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I have had the worst experience in my life as the management of the hotel is very rude and discourteous. My experience there was that I had gone there after a days work around 9 pm for dinner. After sitting and about to place order the seemingly very rude and a young man about half my age told that we can't serve food as we close by 9.30 pm and insisted we carry the food. When I requested saying that this well before 9.30 pm he refused to accept our order and told bluntly that either you take away or you can leave. An elderly gentleman from the kitchen added to the insult that this is how we work here so either you take away or leave in a insulting tone. A very humiliating experience for a hungry customer who came to the restaurant with family member. All this happened in the presence of two other customers who advised that was not right on their part of the hotel management. If you agree that courtesy, humanity and respect to you and your family members matter then I strongly recommend all to refrain from visiting this hotel. The issue is not timings but treatment & courtesy is at stake if you visit...

Extremely worst quantity. this is definitely not a family pack quantity i costed 577 rupees no value for money at all. the owner is extremely rude called to check that quantity is soo less spoke very very rudely and badly has no respect for customers. Certainly not a professional behaviour. NEVER BUY FROM THIS GUY. eat pickle rice at home. The quantity is like baby portion size. And worst worst worst part was the way this man spoke ridiculous thou I was taking normally and politely with him. As it is vegetarian Restaurant... it’s too nice to order what you like to order. You can order chole bhature Dahi bhalla , kulche, different kind of paratha’s like aalu pratha , mooli paratha ,aalu poori , bedmi poori, paneer paratha etc. The best part of curry is you can order Half plate/full plate in quantity so you can choose as per requirement. They serve tasty curry like paneer butter masala, dal makhni, Palak paneer, and so many items. Rice has 3 items rajma rice. Chole rice.
