Extremely Disappointing Experience at KFC Sainikpuri – Unprofessional and Rude Behaviore
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent visit to the KFC outlet at Sainikpuri. As a long-time customer, I was shocked and appalled by the behavior I encountered, which not only ruined my visit but also left me feeling disrespected and humiliated.
On my visit, I was subjected to rude and abusive behavior by both the store manager and the staff. I was told in a harsh and unprofessional manner that I could not use the washroom until I placed an order first. This was not only inconvenient, but also unreasonable and inconsiderate, especially considering my medical condition, as I am a diabetic patient. Denying access to the washroom in such a situation was not just frustrating but incredibly embarrassing for me.
When I tried to explain my situation, I was met with further rudeness and disregard for my health. Instead of offering assistance or showing empathy, the staff and manager spoke to me in a manner that was completely inappropriate for a business that prides itself on customer service. I felt humiliated and dismissed, which is unacceptable in any customer service setting.
Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the outlet was far from welcoming, with a general lack of courtesy from the staff that made my experience uncomfortable from the moment I entered.
I am extremely disappointed, not just by the poor service but also by the complete lack of professionalism and respect I was shown. I believe no customer should ever be treated in such a manner, and this experience has certainly tarnished my perception of KFC as a brand.
I sincerely hope you will take this matter seriously and investigate this incident. I would appreciate it if you could address the inappropriate behavior and take steps to ensure this doesn’t happen to others in the future. I also request that you provide a formal apology for the treatment I received, as it was an extremely distressing experience.

After raising the complaint My mobile number was shared with the store manager, with whom I had the issue. Today at 7:51 PM, I received a WhatsApp call from manager , during which she threatened me.
This situation is extremely distressing, and my safety is now questionable. I am deeply concerned about how my personal contact information was shared without my consent. Such behavior not only reflects a criminal mindset but also raises serious questions about the background checks conducted for employees. I visited here on September 1st, 2025 and the outlet already has a couple of People who are already having Food. The AC was turned OFF and it was smelling bad. There were no staff inside and I had to call quite a few times if anybody is there. Then a guy from a room on the left side of the Counter walks in and I asked him if he can Switch ON the AC, He seemed so Uninterested and I can see the Urge that he wants to close the Outlet and Go home, He said Only Take Away, No Dine-In with such a bad look. I said I’ll place the Order now and the Order will be ready in 10mins, I’ll eat in 5mins and Leave. He said Ok and he called some other Staff who was soo busy on Phone right from the Start and he was least bothered to even attend on the things I was asking. I received my Order which was Re heated, It was no Cooked then and there. It was already Made and they just reheated in the Oil and gave me. I asked for a Coke and I asked what’s the difference in Medium and Large. His reply Instantly was “NUVVU EDI ANUKUNTE ADI”, I was Pretty much shocked. An Outlet like KFC has these kind of dudes who are least Interested and their Answers … Oh my God !!!!!!!!!!!
Owner - Please look into this, It’s Ok to spend few more bucks and Hire Professional People who will Only be helpful to you & their Language makes People walk in more Frequently than Hiring these kind of Dudes.

Read moreToday I had a mixed experience at this outlet . As there was parking issue at ASRao Nagar outlet we came here . Ordered one Classic Zinger, Caribbean spicy zinger and spicy double chicken roll . Those who really loves spicy food go for this roll … for me it was too spicy and couldn’t eat . There was some issue with their servers so billing was an issue . So one of the employees helped us to select and order and so we believed him and didn’t check . In fact was impressed with the good behaviour… never realised that an employee can make a mistake. But when we came home we realised that we were cheated as today ( Friday) there was buy one get one offer . The employee who placed the order on our behalf never even for once mentioned it .Omg ! Anyways when the store incharge was informed in the evening about this mistake on their part… he accepted it and immediately gave us the zingers which we were suppose to get . But this mistake shouldn’t have happened on the first place from a professional...
