Domino's Pizza | Begumpet, Secunderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I am writing this review after a very disgusting and disappointing experience with this store. Let's talk about my first experience with this store. I had ordered a regular farmhouse pizza from Domino's application at 8 pm, and the delivery was scheduled for 10 pm. After waiting for 45 minutes, I called the store multiple times, but they didn't pick up. I contacted their customer care, and despite their claim of a 30-minute delivery, they asked me to wait for 10 more minutes. However, the food was not delivered that day, and the next morning, a customer care person called me and offered a free pizza. I opted for a refund, but even after a week, they didn't refund me.

Today, I ordered from the same store again, but this time I used Swiggy at 9:20 pm. After 45 minutes of waiting, I realized that the same thing was happening again. I tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they didn't answer. I contacted their customer support, but they also tried to fool me. After a 2-hour marathon of conversations and heated arguments, I told their customer support that it wouldn't be good if the same thing happened again. Finally, after a long wait, the food was delivered at 11:45 pm, but it was cold and not palatable.

So, I suggest to Domino's that they please don't embarrass your customers and ensure proper management. People make you a brand, otherwise, you don't have any value. I am not going to order pizza from...

If you want to go for an extreme physically discomforting experience while eating pizza, come here. Else, plz avoid it.

I came back with family and kids to relive the old glorious Dominos with their unique spin on flavors and seating (that was unique)

This Domino's has become careless and the service experience was not even close to what would delight a customer.

Staff had one menu card for roughly 10 tables, and the table-side QR code doesn't work.

Pizza customization is not possible (even though we wanted one topping removed).

Half the staff was in the kitchen engaging in hapless chatter not caring about customers or looking into what they needed.

The inside was unbearably hot and when requested for a/c the staff indicated it doesn't work. We had to bear thru our pizzas with the oven heat flowing our way....no ventilation or air circulation.

WORST EXPERIENCE, WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO COME HERE?

I visited the Domino’s Pizza outlet recently, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience. First off, the service was incredibly slow. I placed my order, and it took over 30 minutes for my pizza to be ready, even though the store wasn’t busy. When I asked for an update, the staff seemed uninterested and didn’t provide any clear information.

To make matters worse, when my pizza finally arrived, it was cold and not what I had ordered. I had requested extra toppings, but there was barely any on the pizza. When I raised the issue with the staff, they didn’t apologize or offer to remake it. Instead, I was just handed a small discount voucher that didn’t make up for the poor experience.

I’ve always been a fan of Domino’s, but this visit was a huge letdown. Poor service, cold food, and lackluster customer care have left me questioning whether I’ll return. Definitely not the experience I expect from a place known for its...
