Ii is extremely disappointing and unhygienic experience I had at your Domino’s outlet located at Plot No. 85, Survey No. 103/1, Sherlingampalli Village, beside Gulmohar Park, Gachibowli Road, Hyderabad.
To summarize the issues I encountered:
Unhygienic Environment: The store was in a pathetic condition. Eaten pizza boxes and trash were left on tables for an extended time without being cleaned. The entire store was infested with flies and mosquitoes. Shockingly, the fly killer machine was turned off, and none of the air conditioners were working – creating an uncomfortable and unhygienic dining environment.
Terrible Food Quality: I ordered a Big Six pizza which was completely dry, lacked cheese, and was tasteless. It was by far the worst pizza I’ve had. It seemed like the staff had no interest in preparing or serving quality food. Spending ₹840 for such a terrible product felt like a complete waste of money.
Disturbing Food Prep Practices: I personally witnessed staff members preparing food while touching their faces, mobile phones, delivery bags, and even scratching their ears – all without wearing gloves or maintaining any hygiene protocols. This is completely unacceptable and poses a serious health hazard.
Delayed and Disrespectful Service: I placed a cash order and waited 40 minutes without any update. When I finally asked for my order, I was told it hadn’t been prepared because it was a cash payment, and they feared cancellation. I was literally sitting right in front of them, and not once did anyone bother to call out or confirm my order. This shows complete disregard for customer service.

I recently visited the Domino’s outlet located at Gulmohar Park Colony, Serilingampally, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the support staff insisted that we place our order online and assured us that they would hand over the order at the store. We followed their instructions and even took assistance from the staff while placing the order.
However, the experience quickly turned unpleasant due to the rude behavior of two employees. One of them, who introduced himself as the store manager named Srinivas, was extremely unprofessional. Another staff member, Arjun, used inappropriate language and lacked basic courtesy in his interaction.
What made the situation worse was that our order was falsely marked as “delivered” immediately, and a fake refund was processed without our consent. We attempted to reach out to Domino’s customer care, but were unable to connect as the helpline said it was outside operational hours.
This behavior is not only disappointing but also concerning, especially coming from a reputed brand like Domino’s. I sincerely hope that someone in a higher position reads this and addresses the attitude and conduct of the staff at this outlet. This kind of customer treatment is unacceptable, and I urge others to think twice before...
Read moreI have been there just before 30min of posting this review. The machine to take the order is not working. They asked us to order online via app. The combo which we have seen on the menu card is cheese and corn pizza + some veg pizza+ garlic bread stick + Pepsi which is not available in the app. I went to the employee working there and said that I am unable to find. I waited there for 15 min with no response from any of the employee. Again when I asked for help, he straight away said, we are busy. Cannot help. Order online. Not even in a polite way. No respect towards customers or their time. The location is full of dust like it was abandoned or being permanently closed. There was a tap for drinking water but no water.
