The delivery here is pathetic. I had ordered a timed delivery (scheduled it 2 hours ahead), the food came more than 1 hour after it was supposed to have been delivered. On top of it the delivery agent literally threw the oregano sachets at me for asking why it took so long. The automated chat service on the app gave me a number for the store that does not exist and it took me half an hour of repeated calling to get in touch with an agent that very casually said someone from the store will call me. When they did, they said they hadn’t even started processing the order, and by this time my delivery slot time had even ended. They said it was not a scheduled order and when I shared a screenshot that I scheduled it and have proof, then the manager started speaking more politely. He kept making empty promises that he would deliver in 10 minutes, kept me waiting for 45 mins. Then said he would refund the entire amount for the delay caused, but ofcourse he didn’t. The order was supposed to be delivered by 9:15 and got delivered at 10:25. Pathetic service in entirety. Not surprised to see other similar reviews. Hi, i am Ravi I want to demand an explanation about my experience today at the Gachibowli store. (PLOT-78, GACCHI BOWLI, SERI LINGAMPALLIMANDAL, RANGA REDDY DISTRICT, HYDERABAD - 500032).

I went into store to purchase choco lava and there was nobody at the counter and i have shout for twice.

One lady came and when i told the order, she recklessly told to order from the app and went off.

I want to understand here y should download a app and do all the unnecessary work as if i don’t have any other work and that to when i am in the store.

Later in the app, the cost is Rs.10/- extra.

When i ask someone to oder from their pos , then did not respond . And then i had leave with out purchase.

Let me know next time if i want to buy anything from dominos i must have some eligibility like,

1. i must buy a smart phone.
2. buy a sim card.
3. re charge with internet.
4. I should be able to pay the higher amount than that is on the...

I'm extremely disappointed with the Domino's branch in Indira Nagar. The store's maintenance is appalling, with a dirty and unhygienic atmosphere.

But what's even worse is the service. The employees are rude, unprofessional, and completely unbothered about customer satisfaction. They seem to be bothered by the presence of customers!

To add insult to injury, the wait times are atrocious. Every order takes at least 45 minutes to an hour, even when the store is not busy. It's clear that they're not managing their orders efficiently.

I've had the misfortune of ordering from this branch multiple times, hoping that they would improve. But each experience has been consistently terrible.
