Domino's Pizza | Kompally, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Went there only to realise that it was not operational at the moment or anymore as they didnt feel like updating this info on the maps. Went there to to have an amazing experience for my parents who havent had pizza for years through 40 mins of traffic for a 10 min drive only to realise that either it doesnt exist anymore or under renovation because i was at the location and literally couldnt see it. I saw the photos on maps and it was beaide jawed habib and it wasn’t there just some empty store with stuff lying around. I called dominoes on the given number and they said that it was offline i assumed they weren’t delivering and i explained that i wanted to physically visit the location not order online and she said that the store was offline. I asked her why weren’t the maps updated and get this, she said i should have checked the location on their app. I think dominoes doesn’t care about google anymore because apparently every single customer of theirs has maps downloaded because they are such a necessity. I mean wow. Heads up to anyone going to dominoes better download their app or else you will be disappointed, embarrassed and insulted by dominoes for not downloading their maps and find a location not functional. Thanks...

We ordered a pizza and we were waiting in our car to pick it up at the store, once we've got it we realized that we got given the wrong order. We gave it back and took our order, here's the twist, the entire order was wrong, we got given the wrong pizza(we've ordered pepper BBQ onion cheese burst and we got delivered t just the pepper BBQ) . We went in and asked the staff to change it and they said that they can't do that. While paying through my UPI, the amount got debited from my account but they said the amount wasn't received by them and we used our card instead. I don't know whether I'm gonna get my money or not. I called the staff and asked for a refund as i got a wrong pizza, they said it was my mistake and was never theirs. Been a loyal customer to domino's but will never buy from them again. This is the worst experience of mine in my lifetime. Totally do not recommend Domino's, don't buy from them,...

The worst experience i had with dominos..

They served me undercooked food. ( As if im nt aware) When we raise complain..they behave in a pathetic irresponsible way. Worse staff...pathetic ambiance . After having bills..they will say that order history is not assigned or found. ( Is tat fair?? I have paid bilss.duh!)

I recommend people to make sure you point that" cook my pizza properly"...specifically...then only they will. If nt they will just serve undercooked and say...it will stay soft inside because kf cheese..( seriously) i have been with dominos since 2010 and till now this customer service have been worse from.kompally.

Plz dominos improve the quality of food..we are paying good amount from our pockets. I appreciate your kind support and sense to avoid such pathetic...
