“Absolutely Pathetic Billing Experience!”
Today’s visit to this Domino’s store was nothing short of a nightmare. The billing process was a complete mess—chaotic, disorganized, and downright frustrating. The staff, especially the woman at the counter, was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and utterly unfit for customer service. When I politely asked if there were any offers available, her dismissive response was, “No offer and all,” as if I was inconveniencing her by asking a basic question.
She wasn’t even wearing a name tag, and when I asked for her name, she flat-out refused to provide it. How can someone like this even represent a global brand like Domino’s? To make matters worse, I witnessed four customers walk out of the store, fed up with her attitude. The most infuriating part? She canceled one of my orders because the store didn’t have enough change for a cash transaction. Really? A store like Domino’s can’t even manage basic cash flow? That’s beyond absurd.

I placed an order directly at the billing counter. A person without any Domino’s uniform or ID took my order and asked me to pay using his personal PhonePe QR code, not the official Domino’s system. He handed over the order and gave me a fake bill, which was just a payment receipt—not a genuine Domino’s invoice.
When I questioned it, he started arguing, and what’s worse – he was freely walking in and out of the kitchen area. The staff shockingly supported him instead of addressing my concerns. This is a major security and hygiene violation.
This is not only unprofessional but also suspicious and potentially fraudulent. I request Domino’s management to investigate this matter urgently, verify the store’s billing and kitchen protocols, and take strict action against the person involved and any staff supporting such behavior.

Read morePreviously I've ordered pizzas online from this place several times. But last night, made a (wrong) decision to dine-in. The place was dull & gloomy; hardly 2-3 tables were occupied. Received order within 20min (ordered Mexican veg pizza with cheese burst; they filled it with mayonnaise), but the ambience was pathetic. Broken furniture, non-functional ACs (It was lot cooler outside the store, i was sweating profusely inside, one AC where we chose to sit was leaking water, upon requesting they switched on the AC, but in no time there was a breakdown), unclean tables (I personally had to go to the counter twice to request them to clean), no washroom (even hand sanitizer bottles which they've kept were empty.
