Hyderabad is one of the best places to eat out in India. It is famous for its amazing flavors and spices, which makes it a prime destination to savor the flavors of South India. As for the culinary focus of many of the city’s best restaurants, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, each one for famous for their unique cuisine or their style. In this expanding F&B industry in Hyderabad, it has become hard to strive unless you have everything absolutely on-point. Beyond Flavours, which is nestled in a cosy corner in the first floor of Fantasy Square right opp to Biodiversity signal in the bustling thoroughfares of Gachibowli Road. It has a royal look to it lit appropriately with well-planned seating to accommodate 80-120 pax. They have individual tables meant for privacy as well as larger tables catering to bigger groups and a neat bar counter at the entrance. Coming to the food, we started off the meal with Roasted chicken soup. Among the appetizers, Thai Chicken Satay sticks were served with Peanut butter sauce; a Thai preparation of chicken supreme wrapped in satay sticks slowly cooked till perfection. Next up was Thread Paneer which was a chef special preparation of stuffed panner with wanton sheet served with honey schzewan sauce, it tasted really great in amalgamation with the sauce served especially the new twist of a threaded pattern on a dish. Next came Cheesy Spinach Triangles which had spinach, corn with herbs, cheese & hints of chilli deep-fried in triangle sheets served with aioli cooked till perfection, a recommended appetizers among the veg section. We also got some Veg Cheese nuggets which had cheese coated & deep fried served with mayo dip, even this tasted quite good. Then followed Mexican BBQ Cottage cheese, this was a really great preparation of paneer cubes and bell pepper tossed with BBQ sauce served with salad. Ghee Roasted Lamb was served which was lamb chunks made into a spicy dry coating and tossed with ghee, this one tasted really delicious as the hints of ghee were very prominent. From the charcoal starters, we got Chilli-Milli Prawns Tikka which had prawns pieces marinated with mildly spiced and cooked till perfection over clay oven. Next came Banjara Tangdi which was Chicken leg pieces marinated with Kesari Dahi & stuffed with chicken keema with spices cooked in clay oven till perfection; this was a great appetizer and a recommended one from the list as it tasted really nice with the right balance of flavours. Although we were almost full with just the amazing starters, we had to save space for some amazing delicacies. First, of which was Grilled Chicken with Mushroom Pepper sauce, this had chicken breast marinated with spices grilled in mushroom pepper sauce served with grilled veggies and mashed potato; a great compact dish which tasted really well & apt quantity for one person to savour. Next up was Grilled Fish with Chilli Garlic Butter served with sauteed veggies and mashed potato, the fish quality was really good however the sauce poured over it was a bit salty which was overpowering the overall taste. Next came Dum baked chicken biryani which had marinated chicken slowly cooked with basmati rice & an omelette on top to get the right blend of flavours. Ending on a sweet note, we got Walnut sizzling brownie served with Vanilla ice-cream; the walnut brownie with chocolate syrup all topped with ice cream was a delightful end to the meal. Beyond Flavours is a cozy, pretty and lit casual dining place which serves multi-regional cuisines ranging from Chinese, Continental, North Indian, and European dishes with great service. This makes it a great place to kick back, relax & enjoy some fine delicacies for your family gathering or corporate party in the...

Before we start, I must tell you, Beyond Flavours offers the most delicious main course spread in Hyderabad.✨👌

AMBIENCE: The ambience, I tell you ♥. This place gives you great aesthetic pleasure. It has family dining section, bar section and a section where you can spend time with your beloved one with wonderful lighting and decor. (this section was beautiful 😻)

FOOD: SOUPS- •Tamatar aur Tulsi ka Shorba: Tasted divine! The Tulsi took the tomato soup to a whole new level. The consistency could've been thicker.

•Tom Yum Soup: The chicken and veggies were going along well. Chunks of chicken pieces were tasting fabulous! The consistency could've been thicker.

•Mushroom Rich Cream Soup: This was creamy and delicious. The consistency could've been thicker.

MOCKTAILS AND SHAKES- •Pomegranate Mojito: It was refreshing, but had alot of ice cubes which melted quite quickly and the taste stared fading.

•Guava On Fire: This was very spicy and honestly I didn't like it much. But, kuddos to the restaurant for trying something so different.🍸

•Orange Lover: This was tangy and refreshing. It tasted decent.

•Blue Lagoon: This was super fizzy. Fizz overpowered the taste.

•Apple And Kiwi Night: It tasted decent and subtle. I actually liked the mildness in it.

•Beyond Delight: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Sweetness, presentation, consistency and refreshments, everything was just on point.😻

•Fruit Punch: Super flavourful. Must try!

STARTERS- •Paneer Tikka: The Masala coating was lip smacking! But the paneer tasted bland. Paneer pieces could've been thinner.

•Kung Pao Chicken: Absolutely loved it.😍

•Murg Reshmi Kebabs: Kebabs were topped with cooked egg white. The egg white was very fluffy. But I didn't like the taste. It could have been more flavourful. Presentation was beautiful tho.👌

•Telangana Kodi Roast: spicy and we'll cooked. Loved it!♥

•Salt and pepper Mushrooms:This tasted delicious 💯. Salt was a little too much.

•Cheese Spinach Roll: Flavours can be enhanced. Spinach was merely there. Needs alot of improvement.

•Tawa Fish Fry: I'm not a fish person but this dish was the star of the evening.✨ Infact, this was my favourite amongst all the starters.

MAIN COURSE- •Fish Tikka Masala:

•Guntur Karam Kodi Kura: Spicy and flavourful. Loved it!♥

•Paneer Do Pyaaza: This was the best out of all the dishes in the main course.👌

•Mutton Rogan Josh: Didn't like the mutton but gravy was delicious. ♥

•Bharwan Pista Waala Murg: Chicken was well cooked and the gravy was creamy and spicy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!😻

•Garlic naan, Naan & Kulche: all the rotis were brilliant!👌

•Baked Basket Chicken Biryani: The plain rice in it was overly influenced by cardamom. But personally, I loved the biryani. The masala in biryani cut the cardamom taste and made it super duper delicious.♥

•Mutton Zaffrani Pulav: Flavourful and rice and mutton were well cooked. MUST TRY!😻

DESSERTS- •Coffee Caramel: This was a cute looking, jiggling caramel dessert topped with cherry and mint which didn't actually tasted anything like coffee. Didn't really appeal my taste buds.

•Sizzling Brownie: This tasted heavenly!♥

SERVICE: Service time was apt. The staff was very polite, humble and helping. 😊

All in all, 4/5 . This place has alot of potential. I hope the mocktails do well the next time I visit this place so that I can change the...

When there are more restuarent coming with the unique regional cusine and fusions. This place over comes all through ‘Beyond Flavours’ and expectations. Yes! Corporate lunch , dinner with family, hang out with friend or chill at the weekend. One stop for all calamities of boredom, this should be bookmarked and must dine out place.

Loved the Starters alot so couldn’t stop tasting their much recommanded delicasius

Cheese Spinach Triangle These were golden fried samosa kinda thing with melting Cheese and healthy spinach. One would not just have one alone but order another for a big group. Worry not offers applicable*

Chilli honey Lotus Stems Fells like its honey chilli potato but lotus stems tastes really great. The main ingredient and making of this dish is not just a cheaf things but master’s art.

Threaded Paneer The paneer here is so soft but is not a tofu. Unlike the reguler paneer starters this bit different and good. Would be a must order dish for a vegitarian guest person.

Chicken Thai Satay Sticks Kids would defintely love this, that attractive and easy to have. I am a bird lover (Chicken) 😜 and would never stop myself in chicken starters though this was simple.

Tandoori pomfret & Murgh Almora Being a hyderabadi and extra more than vegan me or one would definitely order kebabs and this would be there much recommanded. Murgh almora wasnt that spicpy like that looked but was soft and great. This is a dish from lucknow and meant to refer the name beyond flavours and boundaries. Tandoori was well cook and doesnt at all look like it is burnt were we usually find so.

Ghee Roast Lamb This would be a great combination with a lacha parato so ordered bread basket as well. Ghee Roast is been trending from dosas to meat and well done with this mary’s little lamb as well.

Herb grilled fish with chilli garlic butter Unlike the regular found a fish main course so went to orde without hesitation. This was good. Tasted like a extra gravy chilli fish with the best consistency.

methi chaman-e-bahar Love to have vegan as well. So methi went into my list and all thaourghly enjoyed it. This is simple and sobar with not that spicy touch.

Dum baked chicken biryani No meal is done without a biryani and the making here is quite good as wel in the presentation as well. The rice was flavour-full and not that spicy were we regularly have.

Panna cotta with blue berry. Its not everyones cup panne cotta to make that and serve with eligence. This was soft and toped with blue berry slash.

Loved the mocktails and the their work on making that. The service and ambience is littering great. All the above and other this place also have buffet options which has perished by time in few places. Totally loved it and the offers are good not only for gourmet passport or Gold memebers but also every customer king. Expect to serve more n more good with branches...

MOCKTAILS AND SHAKES- •Pomegranate Mojito: It was refreshing, but had alot of ice cubes which melted quite quickly and the taste stared fading. •Guava On Fire: This was very spicy and honestly I didn't like it much. But, kuddos to the restaurant for trying something so different.🍸 •Orange Lover: This was tangy and refreshing. It tasted decent. •Blue Lagoon: This was super fizzy. Fizz overpowered the taste. •Apple And Kiwi Night: It tasted decent and subtle. I actually liked the mildness in it. •Beyond Delight: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Sweetness, presentation, consistency and refreshments, everything was just on point.😻 •Fruit Punch: Super flavourful. Must try! STARTERS- •Paneer Tikka: The Masala coating was lip smacking! But the paneer tasted bland. Paneer pieces could've been thinner. •Kung Pao Chicken: Absolutely loved it.😍 •Murg Reshmi Kebabs: Kebabs were topped with cooked egg white. The egg white was very fluffy. But I didn't like the taste. It could have been more flavourful. Presentation was beautiful tho.👌 •Telangana Kodi Roast: spicy and we'll cooked. Loved it!♥ •Salt and pepper Mushrooms:This tasted delicious 💯. MAIN COURSE- •Fish Tikka Masala: •Guntur Karam Kodi Kura: Spicy and flavourful. Loved it!♥ •Paneer Do Pyaaza: This was the best out of all the dishes in the main course.👌 •Mutton Rogan Josh: Didn't like the mutton but gravy was delicious. ♥ •Bharwan Pista Waala Murg: Chicken was well cooked and the gravy was creamy and spicy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!😻 •Garlic naan, Naan & Kulche: all the rotis were brilliant!👌 •Baked Basket Chicken Biryani: The plain rice in it was overly influenced by cardamom. But personally, I loved the biryani. The masala in biryani cut the cardamom taste and made it super duper delicious.♥ •Mutton Zaffrani Pulav: Flavourful and rice and mutton were well cooked. MUST TRY!😻 DESSERTS- •Coffee Caramel: This was a cute looking, jiggling caramel dessert topped with cherry and mint which didn't actually tasted anything like coffee. Didn't really appeal my taste buds. •Sizzling Brownie: This tasted heavenly!♥ SERVICE: Service time was apt. The staff was very polite, humble and helping. 😊 All in all, 4/5 . This place has alot of potential. I hope the mocktails do well the next time I visit this place so that I can change the rating to 5.😊

Loved the Starters alot so couldn’t stop tasting their much recommanded delicasius Cheese Spinach Triangle These were golden fried samosa kinda thing with melting Cheese and healthy spinach. One would not just have one alone but order another for a big group. Worry not offers applicable* Chilli honey Lotus Stems Fells like its honey chilli potato but lotus stems tastes really great. Expect to serve more n more good with branches over the city.
