Haldiram's - Gachibowli Cloud — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Giving 1 star for everything because of the following:

They have a huge ONE HOUR delay in their delivery. They took more than an hour to prepare 1 veg sandwich.

When I called via Swiggy, the number doesn’t connect. Had to call delivery partner who had been waiting for 35-40mins. He was helpful enough to connect me to the receptionist whose simple answer was sandwich takes time. I have no idea which sandwich takes an hour to make.

After all this hassle, I tried calling their number which is available on this google map location and as soon as I mentioned that I want to discuss about a ‘complaint’ I have, the lady kept acting that my voice is not being heard and let my call be turned on for 2-3 mins. After 2-3 minutes of just being idle on the call, she said ‘Thankyou for calling Haldiram’s. Have a good day.’

This is the WORST SERVICE I have received ever from Haldiram’s and this branch is no doubt the worst. They have zero interest in fixing concerns, they have absolutely interest in listening to complaints as well.

Better avoid at all cost if you don’t want to be disappointed. I have had other folks as well, who have faced issues here with payments & service. The service is just pathetic with zero customer support.

JUST RECEIVED THE ORDER AND THIS IS WHAT THEY SENT. Horrible service. They said it took an hour for the sandwich and if ONLY I COULD show the temperature of the stone cold sandwich they have thrown in the parcel. WORST. This is the last time I will ever be a customer for Haldiram’s.

Worst service, please close the restaurant if you need 1 hour+ for pani/dahi puri delivery, shameless behaviour even after getting same review across multiple customers. Either take some verifiable action or don’t respond on the comment.

Had to cancel the order after waiting for an hour because it was still showing 18 minutes with delivery person waiting...

After making me wait for 30 minutes with delivery executive at restaurant they informed that they are out of pani puri. Imagine a chaat restaurant being out of stock for a product at its peak demand time, how mismanaged they need to be for that. Shameful for the management.
