Haldiram's — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I went to order Bhelpuri to Haldirams. Everytime I request for extra sev and extra onion as I require it. The cashier said sorry not possible. I asked the manager and he said not possible. He is not caring if a customer is lost.

There was no customer during that time when I asked him. I knew the floor manager of food court and asked his help and he came along with me to speak to him.

He manager said that there were many customers when I asked. I told him you can check the CCTV camera and no customers were there when I had asked him.

This is not the way of speaking to the customer and he was creating a scene in front of other customers.

Last time they were giving me extra sev and onion in a small plate and I told them always you give me big one why are you giving me small ?

This time he recalled that incident and started making a scene of this in front of other customers.

I am a vegetarian so I prefer Haldirams. Shall never prefer this to my known people.

Nagpurs famous Haldirams has been running efficiently in Hyderabad since years and have opened a new outlet in Nexus, Kukatpally which is a total mess should say a mix of everything.

The place is cozy and too noisy as the outlet is in ground floor.

They won't accept any UPI payments but Debit/Credit payments are available.

Food ordering takes atleast 5-10 mins on weekends, waiters serve the same in 10-15 mins.

Have tired a few items like Paneer Butter Masala+ Butter Naan, Jeera Rice, Raj Kachori, Kurmuri Chopaty Bhel, etc,.

We tried chole-bathure worth Rs. 240 and the taste was just disgusting. They only added “hing” in chole it seems. I think they only know how to puff-up the bathura so that it will attract the customers. The roadside chole bathure is far better than theirs. I am from Bikaner (Rajasthan) from where Haldirams originated and now they are just ruining the name of the city and north-indian cuisines with this pathetic taste of food.
