Visited the venue today, 6/10/2018, not being from hyderabad and seeing reviews of this place, I convinced q group of friends to go to Headquarters for a chill Saturday evening *1) I made a reservation for 6 at 9 pm, on arriving we were first directed to a table for 6. 5 minutes after placing the order we were asked to move to another table saying its bigger and more comfortable anyways. 1 hour into being there, either the manager or the head of waiters came and told us to accomodate 4 more people on the same table as ours. This is unreasonable, why would we do this? The whole point of us booking a table is so we can have a table for ourselves and not make it uncomfortable for ourselves. On explaining to him that we were asked to move here, he goes on to lie saying that *we asked to move here. I still spoke to him in a nice tone and told him.politely we had a reservation and booking for 6 and we wouldnt like anyone on the table, to which *he started raising his voice and being arrogant and told us " you have to accomodate 4 more people here, you have to. Its a saturday night and busy night for us, you have to". He literally gave us no option. I dont care whatever night it is, if I make a reservation for 6, i want a table for just 6 and not anyone sittingn next to us. Is this what we pay for at Headquarters? For arrogant and rude staff? Terrible terrible terrible service by him, however our waiter was really nice and polite, his service was really good. The food was pretty good, and we would have had a good Saturday evening if not for your arrogant staff. I hope you guys atleast take some kind of action. This is definitely not the way customers should be treated. Giving us no option, we were forced to pay and leave or share a table with 4 more people. Absolutely unreasonable. I would have given you a 4, but the only reason i give you a 2 is because of your food and service. Please ask your staff to be polite to your customers and not raise his voice when they are speaking politely to him.

Read moreHeadquarters is the new happening place in the city. Didn't expect such a good place in somajiguda. As most of the clubs & pubs located in Banjara hills or Jubilee hills. Headquarters came to the rescue for atleast some genre of people I could say. In somajiguda there was no place to party other than park. Now there's headquarters. . We have been here at evening time around 5pm. We were welcomed with a modified Hq bike with some pretty lighting on it. The ambience is good but not perfect. The lightings are dim which sets the mood of partying. They have a upper deck seating area, lower deck seating area & outdoor seating. Bar counter was good. . Well talking about the menu. They have pretty good items and good liquors too. But I felt that they are little upscale. We had ordered minced lamb pizza, chicken fried rice along with a pint of Budweiser. I was craving for a thincrust pizza for a long time & headquarters did the justice. It was a huge pizza with correct amount of minced lamb, cheese & mixed herbs added into it & making the pizza extremely delicious. Chicken fried rice also tasted good with the sauce they provide. Little bit of spiciness can be added into it. . The music was good enough. We wanted to see the upper deck but for few reasons they didn't allow us. The staff was also very...
Read moreJust another resto bar in the vicinity. I had too much expectations from Head Quarters since it was on my list from a long time.
Ample underground parking.
You enter towards the reception and then there's the bar.
ID proof mandatory and so the shoes (dress code).
Shady feels in the beginning since it's not that lit. The crowd's mostly corporates and party goers. Chairs ain't good since not only they're higher from the ground, but also the seat's quite small in size.
Service takes time despite the bar section being just behind us. The food's good though.
*For vegetarians (Jains, Marwadis, Agarwals etc), the kitchen for veg and non-veg is same and so are the utensils. The dish in which they cook chicken is the dish they use for cooking veg options. (Confirmed by the staff). Stick to Masala fried peanuts. They're great. Paneer Tikka was slighty burnt but was good as well.
Too many options for drinks, including Royal Salute by Chivas.
Staff's good and decent. The bar isn't photogenic, yet they have an in-house photographer.
If you fail to find a place in the lounge, there's a separate section leading towards the outside of the lounge (just like Amnesia).
All in all, first experience at Head Quarters wasn't that great. Would give another...
