Tung Kein Chinese Food — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I ordered chicken lollipop and it took 30 minutes for one dish alone!! Nd when i was served dry fried pieces and they were not sautéed. When i asked for a sauté the management was denying that they don't have the option and tried to charge me 60 rs for extra sauce.

The chef was out trying to give me what i want but the guy on the counter was so arrogant about it and said why would you do that it is unavailable!!! and he was so self obsessed and was repeatedly making a point of wiping his face with tissues over and over and over. Finally i convinced to get my chicken sautéed.. But he gave me a feeling that he was doing a favour and when i got to eat it.. it was not worth it. 1 hr of struggle for some stupid dish which wasn’t even worth the hassle. No wonder the place was empty on a Friday night. Either don't order lollipop cuz you will be served oil fried dry pieces or don't go to this place.

My experience was not good at all to the restaurant, food is average, can have just to fill your stomach. But if someone planning for a great Chinese food experience, it is not the right. Food are very blunt. Owner or cooks can't take feedback they pretend to be like the best Chinese joint in Hyderabad but the reality is whole different and can be seen by entering the empty restaurant. Till the time, owner doesn't accept the negetives of the business nothing can be changed. I don't have any personal problem with the restaurant/ I truly love Chinese food/ I have mostly eaten from all Chinese restaurant in Hyderabad few were good and some were not up to the mark. We have visited the restaurant today and waiter gave the menu card and we have ordered non veg combo and when he bought the bill we surprised that the amount was different and when we asked they said menu card is old and they didn't change the rates in that. We claimed that it was non our mistake, but the owner said this is standard restaurant and no one will argue for the bill they will just pay it. I wonder is this some trick to get the extra money from the customer. Here money is not criteria it is there way to get the double amount on the bill, imagine if one customer is paying for their fraud think how many people playing for that amount which they haven't consumed.
