Just an average hotel. Nothing really great about it..! When you stay there, it feels like you're staying in someone's old, unused home. Starting from the lethargic staff, it just fails to create any good feeling. Room was big, but absolutely in bizarre condition. TV unit not working. AC unit not working. Walls discolored and damaged at various places and repaired half-heartedly for the sake of it. Bathrooms were not so good. Used water from sink just is drained openly at your feet. Not enough plug points, nothing near the bed. Good only if you've to absolutely stay in that area for work, else there must be a lot better hotels available at better prices. Wish i could post the photos, but forgot to click them due to work. First room they assigned to me, they realized after dropping me there that the room hasn't been cleaned and not ready. Again i had to wait for a bit to get another room. Such is the management and people working there. On arrival, they couldn't even find my reservation as it wasn't logged properly. Been here 1st tike, heard a lot about it so thought to step in and experience the same. There are 2x bar & Restaurants, 1x is non smoking zone and the other is with smoking zone @ Ground floor, it was fully occupied so I got to know that, we can explore the same on 3rd floor too. They carry food and things from ground floor kitchen and serve it upstairs. The quality of food was too good. And trust hardly people are aware about the part of restaurant is on 3rd floor too. So it was a peace of mind. Tried Tava Paneer, Crispi corn and its specially known for Sambar rice,Ghee & Pickle. It taste ok. Honestly I ate much better tastier sambar rice than here in few particular restaurants but hiegene was top notch, service was too good.
