OYO Hotel Metro International Near LB stadium — Hotel in Hyderabad

Very very very worst hotel. Very bad staff. Hotel was not clean. Room services as they mentioned was not fulfilled like phone doesn't work, from phone we cannot call the staff boy. No hot water at all they said it will come from morning 5am to 9am only but at that time also it did not came they will bring n give heater to us. And take full amount they charged 2200 rs for each day. We parked our vehicle in parking as suggested by staff and next day morning our vehicle was outside on road. Very bad experience don't waste your money in this bakwas hotel. There is no ventilation rooms are not clean washroom is very dirty they doesn't change bathroom mat also after taking so much money. Rooms are very dark and walls too dirty. Receptionist says good things about hotel but none of them is true. Toooo bad hotel wasted our money for one day. Pls read review before...

Very pathetic and worst accommodation, not even ready to change the pillow and blanket. At the beginning they don't even ready to give accomodation saying online is fault. They are not ready to honor OYO online bookings. When contacted OYO customer care they didn't even picking the phone and the phone number shared during OYO bookings are not working. After some time when asked for the support they don't care and not cooperating. Finally alloted a room which is like dog room. Being already late midnight we have to compromise and used our own towels as the bed cover. Not even worth...

Very bad experience worst booking of my life very poor service, rooms are in very bad conditions no cleaning maintenance A.C. is also defective not working drinking water is also not available bathrooms are not cleaned and all pipes are blocked shower area drainage pipeline is blocked toilet is broken no any ventilation in room no any room service And all room are available only on 7th floor All switches are defective Lights are also not available in the room only one single small bulb in whole room Door locks are in very bad conditions no any safety of our baggage luggage goods...
