Hotel Shezan Exhibition Ground — Restaurant in Hyderabad

My recent dining experience at Restaurant Shezan left much to be desired. Firstly, cleanliness seemed to be an afterthought. The tables were not properly cleaned, and there was a general lack of hygiene throughout the dining area.

Furthermore, the waiter manners were disappointing. The staff appeared disorganized and inattentive, failing to provide the level of service one would expect from a reputable restaurant. Their lack of professionalism significantly detracted from the overall dining experience.

Additionally, the absence of complimentary water was unexpected and disappointing. It's a basic courtesy that most restaurants offer, and the fact that it was not provided reflects poorly on the establishment.

Moreover, there was a noticeable lack of respect towards customers. The staff seemed indifferent to guest satisfaction, and there was a notable disregard for customer needs and preferences.

Overall, my experience at Restaurant Shezan was far from satisfactory. The lack of cleanliness, poor waiter manners, absence of complimentary water, and disrespect towards customers are significant areas that need improvement. I would hesitate to dine here again or recommend...

I have been here at Hotel Shezan today (Sunday 30th April 2023) and requested for a table at first floor dining.

The response from waiter / supervisor was very wired / ill-behaved. I was asked to leave and have food in ground floor.

The seats were empty and the dining hall was empty except two families / tablets were occupied.

I've been here previous 2-3 times in the same situation, however this behaviour was for the first time. Since the response was not good, I asked for a reason and below is the reply.

"MANAGER SAAB BOLA SUNDAY 2 LOOG (2 PEOPLE) HAI TOH NEECHE BHEEJDO.

Translation: Manager asked me to send two people to Ground floor.

Review:

Really disappointed by this behaviour and hospitality. Thankfully I didn't wrote my review after first visit, but now it is clear that one should not visit this place to avoid rude behaviour and not welcoming hospitality.

Hotels like Bahar, Pista House are available with better taste and excellent service and...

This place is really a awesome spot for briyani lovers . I got the reference from my friend and once tried it and it one of my favorite restaurants in hyderabad. This is located beside Gandhi bhavan in front of exhibition grounds in nampally. This is just beside the metro station exit, station name is Gandhi bhavan station 🚉 . Any one who want to go to this restaurant I would recommend you to go via metro station as parking is big headache and traffic problem so try to take metro.

Here I have tried chiken , mutton biryani and they are really awesome in taste... the mirchi ka Salam is also very tasty 😋. The chiken and mutton are well marinated and cook so it is very soft and easy to chew .
