Read moreHush Modern Indian Kitchen, located in the heart of Hyderabad, is a place that effortlessly stands out for its lush green surroundings. It’s easily the greenest restaurant I’ve come across in the city, making it feel like a refreshing escape amidst the urban hustle. Having transitioned from a bistro to a modern kitchen, Hush has successfully reimagined its menu, offering a contemporary take on Indian cuisine while retaining its authentic charm.
Their newly launched menu is a treat for food lovers. I started with the Chili Lemon Potato—crispy, tangy, and an absolute delight. The Lassoni Paneer, with its rich garlic flavor, was another fantastic starter that I thoroughly enjoyed. However, the star of the starters for me was the Malai Broccoli. It’s a must-try for anyone visiting, with its creamy texture and perfectly balanced flavors that make it an unforgettable dish.
Moving on to the main course, I was equally impressed. The Tomato Kaju Curry was rich, with a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess, while the Paneer Butter Masala was everything you’d expect from a classic, with its creamy, indulgent gravy. The Methi Chaman was another standout dish—subtle, flavorful, and satisfying. Their wide variety of combos is perfect for those who love experimenting with different flavors, and the Kothimbir Paneer Pulav was a delightful surprise, fragrant and packed with flavor.
Hush also serves an impressive array of mocktails, perfect to accompany your meal. Whether you’re looking for something fruity, refreshing, or a little adventurous, their mocktails menu has you covered.
The ambiance adds to the experience, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. The outdoor area, especially, is surrounded by greenery, creating a serene dining atmosphere that feels almost therapeutic. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a peaceful meal outdoors or prefer the cozy indoor space, Hush offers the best of both worlds.
In short, Hush Modern Indian Kitchen is a must-visit for anyone in Hyderabad seeking a fusion of modern and traditional Indian flavors in a beautiful, green setting. From the carefully curated dishes to the relaxed ambiance, it’s a dining experience that will leave you wanting to come...
