One of the worst entry experience. The cover charges mentioned on BMS was different than what they gave the coupon for. Had to spent 30 minutes trying to get this right. The person just told me they don't care and asked me to connect with BMS.

We 4 people were made to sit on a table dedicated for 2(i.e. small table and 2 chairs only). The reason they said "Today is busy night, we are giving everyone tables of 2 irrespective of number of people in a group. Also we don't give folks the chairs who booked online. They get the bars and standing only. Lucky you got some chairs" I was like what the hell.

I pointed to a group of 4 on some other table using 4 chairs and the person said "They came early and got it." I pointed to 3 empty chairs and asked "why can't I pull 2 of those chairs on my own?" After this, he got angry and I had to say "Okay sir please calm down, we are sorry" Funny guy.

The waiter was extremely short tempered. He was being fussy while taking order, like saying why are you ordering so much. Lol. Maybe had some fights with his seniors early.

And last interesting thing. The food was prepaid. You order, you pay for those items and then you eat.
