Imperial Multi Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Hyderabad

The imperial restaurant was on my bucket list for quite some time due to its popularity amongst the locals. Visited them a couple of days back to try out some of their specialities. Situated in Tolichowki, the place offers multiple seating sections with one being for normal NON AC section and the other AC section for family gatherings.

Starting with the food, I had given a shot at their Chicken 65. I was seriously blown away on the very first bite. No nonsense, delicious chicken tossed in green chillies and curry leaves was exactly how I wanted it to be. I would suggest you have their dry Chicken 65.

Next up, I had their Assorted Mandi and Mutton assorted Mandi. The assorted mandi had flavourful mandi rice, seekh kebab, chicken al fahm and fried fish. The best part of the mandi was that the rice was super fluffy and was not at all dry. Every element of the mandi right from the quality of the meat, the spice levels and the generous usage of raisins made it taste spectacular. I just loved their seekh kebabs. The meat was super juicy and the kebabs had a wonderful smokiness to them. Highly recommended.

The Mutton assorted mandi had six pieces of mutton ranging from Juicy mutton to fried mutton. Priced at 1699, it is a must-try for all the mutton fanatics out there. The mandi will be sufficient for a group of 3-4 people. Needless to say, my experience was very nice. Looking forward to visiting...

Horrible Experience – Never Returning to Imperial Restaurant Toli Chowki

I had one of the worst dining experiences at Imperial Restaurant when I visited with my family. We placed our order at 11:15 PM, which included biryani, chicken majestic, roti, and chicken mandi. The first dishes only started arriving around 12:00 AM, but the biryani never came.

To make matters worse, the biryani was meant for my expecting wife, and due to the long delay, I had to go out and buy juice separately just to keep her comfortable while we were still waiting. We watched as several customers who came after us were served quickly and left well before us, while we were still sitting there waiting.

By 12:34 AM, we had enough and paid the bill, asking them to pack the biryani for takeaway. Even then, it took another 15 minutes to receive it. The staff seemed completely careless and disorganized, offering empty apologies without actually doing anything to resolve the issue or prioritize our order.

This kind of experience is unacceptable, especially when dining with family and with someone who’s pregnant. The service was beyond disappointing, and it felt like we were being ignored while others were being prioritized.

My recent dining experience at Imperial Multi Cuisine was highly disappointing and far from what I expected. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the restaurant lacked basic hygiene and professionalism. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:

Food Quality: The food was subpar and lacked flavor. It felt like the dishes were prepared without care.

Cleanliness: The entire restaurant, including the seating area, was dirty. Tables were sticky, and the floors were littered with crumbs and spills. The unclean environment made it difficult to enjoy the meal.

Kitchen Hygiene: I caught a glimpse of the kitchen, and it was in a shocking state. The lack of cleanliness in the food preparation area raised serious concerns about food safety.

4 Service Speed: It took an unreasonable amount of time for the food to be served. The delay was frustrating, especially since the restaurant was not particularly busy.
