Hi writing this review while seated in the restaurant. This is not the first time I’m experiencing such behavior, every time I visit this branch ( for the reason of good food taste - thanks to the cooks/chefs) I get to see the cold behavior of the staff either at the counter or the serving staff. One time it was the reason by the waiter “ that corner section is not open yet hence we need to sit in the front side - despite being said it’s family and hijab/naqab ladies”, we simply left the restaurant.
Other time something else happened, I can’t remember at the moment And today we came to restaurant (agreed we are late), but right at the entrance a rude guy simply said “no more taking orders” and continued with his work- no softness in the tone or attitude. We do agree the restaurant was serving to full capacity at this time of the hour and there could be genuine reason that they are not letting in any more customers but there is a proper way to respond to the customer ( your staff badly needs hospitality training) , anyway moving forward we just let the restaurant dissatisfied ( as we came all the way from BasheerBagh, there are lots of good restaurants on the way but I preferred this restaurant only to get disappointed, now as we came out , the watchman (thankfully) kind enough and enquired our reason of quick exit , after telling him the reason he didn’t let us go and took us back to the 1st floor counter and after he spoke, they allowed us in. We have placed the order now, waiting to be served.
I do not stay here, and in every visit from Dubai I make sure I dine in at 4seasons. But sad to say am experiencing cold service from your tolichowki branch repeatedly. I wonder how the owners are so carefree and aren’t concerned of their reputation or business. You guys (management or the owners) have to take it seriously, most people may not voice their experiences does not mean all customers leave happily. Atleast you can consider having mystery shoppers to see how your staff is running the restaurant on whose mercy who you have let your business running because what is the benefit (not monetary but in Terms of earning loyal customers) if your food taste great but the service sucks.
I have put enough time in writing this review so that the owners genuinely take action if they are concerned for their relationship with customers. I will be even sending this same feedback to the email address shown in the menu card so that the concerned personnel take heed on how serious I am in my feedback. Pointers: At our initial entry we were refused to be let in Food was served late but it’s understood given the crowd your kitchen was preaparing the food for. Seeks kevab were served immediately however the biryani pot was simply put on the table by one of the server and he vanished although we had almost finished our food in the plate and no one turned up for next 5min ( even most of the customers had left by now), we had to eventually call out the waiter to serve. Last but definitely not the least Either you need to change your staff ( tc branch) or give them the training on how to deal with customers. 1star rating is only for the service. Food was great.
Hopefully my concerns are taken into...

We had just finished our Golconda fort exploration and having been climbing up and down till noon, we all (there were 8 of us) were famished. Unfortunately for us it was muharam holiday and all the 4 star or above rated restaurants were closed according to riskhaw drivers. They suggested us this " 4 seasons " restaurant. They said it was premium AC restaurant and the best around. We listened to our growling stomach and decided to hail a cab and go to this restaurant. It's a big restaurant as you can see from the pictures. But I don't know what's up with hyderabad restaurants that they spend so much on interiors and seating but keep washrooms dirty. Dirty would be an understatement. I can live with having only one wash basin and only one toilet. Atleast keep it clean na. Since we expected this because of our bawarchi experience, we weren't surprised. But everything apart from the washroom was totally different from the amazing Bawarchi restaurant.
Being a multi cuisine restaurant, they had this big menu and pricey dishes. It's okay. Then they only kept 4 glasses and 4 pairs of cutlery for us 8 people. That's okay too. What made me so upset was the service they gave. I mean, even if the dishes aren't that good, a restaurant can get by with good service. I honestly don't know how these people manage to keep this one running. Absolute disaster it was. Seeing the prices of dishes, I specifically asked the waiter about the quantity of each dish and he said all of them are designed for one person each, so keeping that in mind we ordered 8 roomali rotis, one butter chicken, one kadai chicken, one schezwan chicken noodles, one chicken fried rice, one laham Mandi and one plate of pista chicken kebab. Enough for 8 people with some sharing ofcourse. They served the kebab first and it was good. Can't complaint. Then came the rotis. Dry and rubbery. I mean, just the other day we had awesome rotis from bawarchi. And the gravy dishes were so small. Then came noodles and fried rice. Oh my!!! 2 people together couldn't finish one of them. Still somehow we 8 managed to finish both of them. If this was the case, we wouldn't have ordered this much. Luckily their incompetence came to our rescue again. They forgot our Mandi dish and didn't serve that. So we decided to cancel it. We did wait 45 minutes for that though. Anyways, we called for the waiter and he would come near and then without listening to us go away again. I mean… what the fish??? Aaah.. no point in whining about it now. We left with a hefty bill and unhappy bellies. Anyone visiting or staying in Hyderabad… please.. please… DO NOT GO to this place. IT SUCKS BIG TIME!!!
P.S. they don't even give finger bowls to wash our hands but charges Rs. 389 for measly portion of butter chicken.

Embarking on this journey, I delighted in the indulgence of their renowned Biryani and Khabsa Laham offerings. The Biryani, a masterpiece of spices and basmati rice, delivered an explosion of flavors that danced harmoniously on my palate. The Khabsa Laham, a tender meat delicacy, showcased the culinary finesse that defines 4 Seasons.
While the experience was undoubtedly exceptional, it's important to note that such excellence comes with a premium price tag, setting it apart from its neighboring rivals. The investment, however, yields an opulent dining affair that caters to those seeking an extraordinary culinary escapade.
One consideration lies in the portion sizes, which, while artfully presented, left me yearning for a touch more abundance. Enhancing the portion sizes would serve to match the grandeur of the flavors offered.
Amidst these nuances, 4 Seasons shines as an epitome of culinary artistry, inviting patrons to savor extraordinary flavors that tantalize the senses. If you're ready to embark on a lavish gastronomic sojourn, 4 Seasons stands ready to elevate your dining experience.
In summary, 4 Seasons emerges as an eminent dining destination within the Yousuf Tekri food court landscape. Its impeccable dishes, though at a premium, promise an unparalleled epicurean encounter. A subtle adjustment to portion sizes would further solidify its position as the ultimate choice for discerning...
