Jodhpur Wala's Food House — Restaurant in Hyderabad

They don’t answer the calls and dont customise food for customers. After ordering i called the restaurant and even swiggy tired to reach them but they didnt answer. I ordered daal for my son (toddler) and dont eat spicy food. Tried to msg and call them to request not to add chillis. finally i requested through delivery guy they already prepared the food and declined to even remove chillis and send the same dal. He said and i quote “main kya karunga bana hua daal ka, red chilli jo dale woh mix hogaya hoga”. This is such bad experience. If a restaurant can’t exchange one portion daal for a customer after requesting and explaining the situation i dont know...

One time I ordered Khichdi. They gave me Rice and daal instead of it, and when tried to complaint to the person in counter, they behaved very rudely to me. It was such a turn down moment. Like no manners at all. They don't know how to talk to customers.

Other time I ordered thali. They gave me on time, but everything was cold. I complaint and they said, you could give an order for individual. I told them in bold tone, that I AM NOT EATING THIS THALI FOR FREE. I PAID FOR THIS THING. YOU CANNOT SAY IT LIKE THIS. But they were not ready to listen.

Really pathetic. Don't ever come and order. They treated me like I am free...

Thali at Rs.100/- is priced good. On 25th Jan Diner it was Rice, 4 chapati, Dal, chana masala, aloo curry, Veg Raita, fryums, pyaaz.

Except chapati everything was cold. In Aloo Curry there was only one potato. Dal consistency was good. Rice quality was good too. Chana masala was 30% chana & 70% gravy.

Hygiene & grooming of staff is of concern.

You need to pay first & then pickup the food yourself.

A la carte foods are all priced above Rs.120/-
