Just Bake Gachibowli — Restaurant in Hyderabad

It's really unfortunate that I can't post without giving atleast 1 star. This place has become place of frauds. Despite paying charges higher than market, you won't get what you are paying for. If you don't want to spoil any special event, don't order cake from this place. I have been regular customer for them and gave them lot of business over last 5 years but now it is at it's worst.

I ordered fresh fruit from JustBake being my regular choice but what I got was plain vanilla with 4 cherries as fresh fruit. I reported and provided sample on the same day to manager, who knows me from last 5 years being his regular customer. This has happened twice in line that I got fresh fruit without fruits and it's my mistake that I maintained the trust. Instead of apologizing for spoiling it, he told me to do whatever I can do. When they can do such fraud with an old customer, they can do it with anyone. So BEWARE of these FRAUD stores.

I bought 2 cakes from here on 3rd July (Raspberry chocolate and cappuccino) both 1/2 kg and when asked the attender said both are fresh cakes and made on 3rd July itself. Since its a cake I had to believe what he said and bought the cake. Once we finished the cake we realised that the best before date was stamped at the bottom of the cake base and to my surprise the best before date for the raspberry-chocolate cake was 2nd July which means they were actually selling an expired cake to me. Thank god we are alive today. Order Number : JBWED0013014 I have paid for fresh fruit cake through express delivery but received black forest cake due to nonavailability in the store. Will the balance(a difference of 150.Rs) amount be refunded to my account. As per your site, Express delivery will be with in 2 -3 hrs but I ordered at 12.30 PM and received delivery at 8 PM. I would have rather walked into any other store. I have given my contact number and recipients number.
