Flechazo Gold, Gachibowli — Restaurant in Hyderabad

One of the best buffet places in gachibowli which is fit for birthday parties, group outing, corporate lunch and other family occassions..

I went to flechazo gachibowli with my roommates on my birthday..it was on a word to mouth basis...i havent personally seen or came across this place earlier...

I had an eventful evening which had awesome food, uniquely prepared dessert, really comfy hospitality, guided pizza making experience followed by the biggest un-anticipated surprise of the evening...cake cutting and dance done by me, my roomies and staff...IT WAS THE BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY DINNER!!!

THE PIZZA!

At flechazo, the chefs will help you make your own pan pizza...i made the pizza crust with bit instructions from staff...applied my choice of toppings ( capsicum, tomato, cheese, black olive) and put it in the oven...when the pizza came out of the oven i was so excited for the first byte...with little bit of seasoning it was good to go...

THE MENU

their menu for buffet has all those most loved appetizers we love... we specially tried american corn...paneer tikka...pani puri and few nonveg ones...the main course had both north indian and south indian cuisines along with few types of rice and bread...they really had a variety of items to choose from...no doubt the taste was delicious...

THE DESSERT!

they specialize in making ice cream out of liquid nitrogen almost instantaneously...it is like you ask for a flavor and within minutes they make it right infront of your eyes...those smoking liquid nitrogen slowly converting into slices of ice cream are such a joy to watch....they have various unique flavor...

THE AMBIENCE

I loved the funny quotes and illustrations on their wall...those were quirky and catchy...the restaurant follows the color scheme of yellow and blue...and the modern decorative lamps they use were setting the mood...even the food stalls had unique names and nicely decorated...they have long seats in a row where around 20 people can sit all at once..also one of the corners have glasses instead of solid wall and thus it is  a great pleasure to gaze upon the highway while enjoying a meal..

THE STAFF!

This is the most important reason for which i would like to return there again...they proved that experience at flechazo is more than just dining... they become a part of your celebration...they click as many pictures as u want to make sure u have a candid one to remember the day with...they clap and sing for u when u cut the cake...and they dance with you on your favourite track...

I would definitely recommend flechazo for quality family or group...

The famous casual dining multi-cuisine restaurant based on the 'MediterrAsian' Fusion concept is now at Gachibowli. The new branch maintains their exclusive range of some of the best Indian, Asian, and Mediterranean delicacies along with a fusion of these cuisines, adding a few more to the original. I had a chance to visit this restaurant for lunch and try out their buffet. Here's my palate.

They started us off with a welcome drink, a purplish mocktail which seemed to be blueberry. A refreshing start, absolutely perfect. Then the starters were served. From the vegetarian section, Grilled Pineapple with BBQ sauce was quite good, something different, and Barbecue Potatoes were very delicious. Mushrooms were also very good. The Paneer Tikka although was very plain, didn't have much taste. The best though, were the Flechazo Style Crispy Corn. It's one of their signature dishes that's absolutely amazing. So good that we had 2-3 rounds of it.

In non veg we had Chicken Dimsum, Barbecue Wings, Tawa Fish and Prawns. The Dimsum Chicken was quite good, but the wings seemed slightly undercooked. The seafood was grilled to perfection with a nice smoky flavour.

Next, before moving onto the main course, we ordered Mango and Virgin Mojitos. Both of these were very refreshing and a must try.

Flechazo is known for it's live Pizza counters, where they let you have your dream Cheffy moment and let you make the Pizza. A friend of mine had done this and they even gave a certificate. A fun activity that you don't fine in many places. The taste is good. Also the live Pasta section offers a selection of styles. We had our all-time favourite Alfredo. It was super creamy and scrumptious, a silky treat.

Another counter that's a signature at Flechazo is their Pani Puri and Sushi plates. These are quite good for the chaat lovers, and the ones who like to try something Japanese.

From the buffet spread of the main course we had their Chicken Biryani, and Mutton curry with butter naan. The Biryani was fine, but the curry superb. The combination with the naan was just perfect.

We ended with gulab jamun and another one of their signature desserts, Nitrogen ice-cream. We had the Kulfi flavour, it was a beautiful end to our lunch.

Every dish here is of the finest taste and the elaborate buffet menu is sure to spoil you for choice. The restaurant has the same fine and elegant ambiance with modern seating in bright blue and yellow colours, and of course the same top notch service. It is a must visit with friends and family. Absolutely must avoid if you care for hygiene and food quality I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent experiences when I visited this place on 7th April '23. As a customer, I had high expectations for a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, my visit was nothing short of disastrous.

First and foremost, the service at Flechazo was abysmally slow. I was left waiting for an unacceptable amount of time before being seated, and the staff seemed utterly disorganized and indifferent to my needs throughout the entire meal. Not to mention, the unhygienic conditions were appalling. I was appalled to witness pest infestation and flies everywhere, which is completely unacceptable in any dining establishment (photos below). It was evident that proper hygiene protocols were not being followed, putting the health and safety of customers at risk.

To make matters worse, the quality of the food was nothing short of pathetic. The dishes were tasteless, bland, and lacked any semblance of freshness. It was clear that the ingredients used were of subpar quality and not up to the standards one would expect from a restaurant that claims to offer a quality dining experience.

As a paying customer, I found the overall experience at Flechazo to be utterly disappointing and unacceptable. I expected better service, hygienic conditions, and quality of food, but was sorely let down in all aspects. I have dined at many restaurants before, but this experience was by far the worst I have ever encountered.

I strongly urge Flechazo restaurant to address these issues urgently and take appropriate steps to improve their service, hygiene practices, and food quality. Customers deserve better and should not have to endure such dismal conditions and subpar experiences.

Needless to say, based on my experience, I will not be returning to Flechazo restaurant, nor will I be recommending it to anyone else. It is my hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that necessary action will be taken to rectify these...
