Olive Service Apartments Gachibowli — Hotel in Hyderabad

Vantage location . Yet offset away from main riad inside a peaceful residential lane . Adequately good sized studio apartment. Clean , neat and professionally managed . Room was nicely furnished. Kitchenette was well equipped with electr hot plate , toaster , microwave , electric hot water kettle , fridge , a grinder/mixer and practical assortment of utensils, crockery and kitchenware. There were two wooden drawers with normal locks in wardrobe . There was nil steel safe/locker . This is the only con . But the entrance passageway is under cctv surveillance. Terrace has a good set-up of washing machine , tumbler drier and drying racks . All you hv to do is get your own front loading washing machine soap powder and operate yourself. So you can arrive there with lesser clothes in baggage . The adjacent space on terrace has astro turf and garden chairs/table/swing-basket - all under an awning and nice to spend some time in the evening. All else was great and is value for money . I was thoroughly impressed with my experience in 3bhk apartment Gachibowli newly opened. From the moment I walked in, the 3bhk apartment felt like a home away from home. The decor was modern and stylish, and everything was clean and well-maintained. One of the standout features of the apartment was the fully-equipped kitchen. It had everything I needed to cook my own meals, which was a huge plus for me as I like to save money and eat healthy while traveling. The living area was also spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sofa and a flat-screen TV. The location of the apartment was also excellent. It was close to public transportation and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, I would highly recommend this serviced apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The amenities were top-notch and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again...

The property is good but the staff was horrible, all they cared about was money. They did not care about "service". They should be called "give me money" apartment rather than service apartments. We were driving for 27 hours straight (1600 kms) we wanted to check-in early (on the booking day) because we were really exhausted and drained ...they said we had to pay for the day before the booking day to check-in early, even thought our check-in time was in the time range if the same day. We had to choose between being in the car for a fee more hours or give in to the extortion of more money. They left us no choice so we paid them the money they wanted. Their Manager "Abubakar Siddiqui" - was absolutely insensitive and unprofessional, the conversation with him before the stay itself was in such poor taste. I had such a terrible experience, i will NEVER stay there...
