Drunkyard — Restaurant in Hyderabad

We had terrible experience as we ordered food while drinking in drunkyard in outdoor despite mosquito bite and ordered drum sticks and when I ate the first one which is in piping hot didn't notice but when having second one while chewing I felt wet inside and when I slowly inspect inside batter did not cooked and when I shown to hindi speaking manager he got offended and says you have eating half when me and my friend ate one full and two semi because I was not having beer so I ate quickly and encounter on the second one, and after that a telugu manager came and helped us by replying with another stuff, so then we ordered loose prawns and now we got only 13 pieces as we also ate loose prawns earlier and which is came in one full big plate and now when they exchange they brought in small portion said by tge telugu manager, for a moment I thought are they scamming to public or scamming to the owner in the name of exchange in food ordered, and coming to those sitting chairs on outdoor as I feels like am I went back in iron age or what??? Because those chairs are with no cushion but it's purely iron made chairs, please I request management to replace with plastic chairs and do something with bushes as mosquito are really in hungry to suck blood of the customers and customers will end up in hospital bed. For 13 loose prawns they charged 595 plus gst the telugu manager said to us, I have no issue with the price but quantity they wantedly changed us on exchange of drumstick, Firstly it's they chefs mistake for not cooking properly and second you have to compensate full stuff not half, if u say we only provide 13 pieces then do mention it on menu. Beer prices are too dam high!! And service charge also added but says (optional) but still they add.

And please request from me that treat customer with respect as I felt that if anything argument happens with staff then I feel the management will kill us just like a person who asked for extra Raitha one of the famous restaurant,...

i have ordered sizzler from this restaurant and find so many wrongs things it 1 whe they served it was there no sizzling/broiling which is the core style in of sizzler dish 2 All the item in it was almost burned, no taste in it, not served any chatni with it, very oily even paneer tikka I believe should be cooked in tandoor but it was deep fried awhen I raise a complaint it to the restaurant manager he didn't find any wrong with the dish but later he asked us to order different dish instead of this but in the bill he added full amount of sizzler, after so much so much of arguments he gave a discount 60rs for 470rs dish which I denied and paid in full and worst part he didn't anything wrong with the dish. i am uploading bill and dish image for reference. i will strong suggest everyone to not to visit this place so save hard earned...

"I was disappointed with the dining experience due to poor service. The staff seemed inattentive and unfriendly, impacting the overall enjoyment of my visit. Especially the person who took our order was not friendly. We visited in happy hours and that person did not explain about the conditions which falls under happy hours and we tend to pay more than we expected. DEFENATELY NOT A GOOD PLACE TO HANGOUT WITH FRIENDS. The bar is located at prominent place and they dont know how to manage it. Top management should rethink about their staff else they wont survive in the market.

I am not going to visit this place again as I can find better places with the same price range with more...
