Karachi Bakery and Confectioners — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Today we had bitter experience with Karachi Bakery in Khajaguda. We are a senior group of friends wanted to wish and celebrate birthday of one of our friends. After lunch, since we all came from far off places wanted to buy cake, cut, eat and disperse. But this Bakery doesn't encourage so despite having a snacking space with tables etc. We felt odd and disturbed as we have not faced such in other Karachi bakeries. We had still cut the cake for name sake without even clapping and got the rest of the cake cut into pieces by them so that we can finish of the cake as we can't go to any where. When we asked for spoons, one of the staff persons was rude and didn't give. Another person later gave it. The manager and staff don't deserve to be in this reputed chain when they don't respect the customer's emotions. It's ridiculous the manager was arguing that they give plates and spoons for eating pastries and snacks but don't give spoons to eat the cake bought from them and pieces cut by them. This branch is a black feather in Karachi...

I bought burger - friend egg burger.

The options available were - Veg options which was really sad, cheese burger which looked a real waste of money and fried egg burger, So thought of trying this , really disappointed with taste, the filling and the presentation ... it’s just one regular omlet with price of 120₹ Presentation - with cherry tomato on top No butter or cheese nor mayo inside. with two slices of tomato and few onion strip , not the ring 😅 and omlet

The service is horrible , looks like all are freshers, the ladyr at the food counter doesn’t know the the time for preparation to any detailing when asked abt my order.

It’s sad that they launched this outlet in rush without training - the billing , service or the security staff

I recently visited Karachi Bakery and was blown away by the amazing selection of baked goods! The store itself is bright, clean, and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I tried several of their signature items, including the famous Osmania biscuits, fruit biscuits, and a delicious fruit cake. Everything was freshly baked, flavorful, and perfectly sweetened.

In addition to the baked goods, Karachi Bakery also offers a great selection of tea and coffee, as well as other snacks and sweets. I appreciated the variety and the quality of their offerings.

The store is also conveniently located and easy to find, with plenty of parking nearby. Overall, I highly recommend Karachi Bakery to anyone who loves delicious baked goods and excellent service. I'll...
