To add insult to injury, the complete lack of communication regarding the status of my order demonstrates a level of disregard that is simply unacceptable in any establishment that purports to value its customers.
I implore you, if you possess even a modicum of self-awareness and professional pride, to seriously reconsider the operational standards of this branch. The staff exhibited careless behavior and a lack of attention to customer needs.
Initially executive said not all pizza hut outlets are same just trying to understand will it differs from city to city or area to area ????
Executive was conveying there is a network issue can’t take the order which is ongoing since a month intermittently
Despite politely addressing the issue, the staff were unresponsive and seemed uninterested in serving or addressing. Looks staff requires soft skill training program.
I believe that with proper attention to customer service and quality, Pizza Hut can offer a much better experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements moving forward.
