Chamkila - The Taste of Punjab — Restaurant in Hyderabad

It's my honest experience and nothing against the reasturant or shall call it a dhaba ..first of all no valet parking facility available..the establishment is inside a housing colony...so parking is on the road with your responsibility. We ordered Chur Chur Naan Thali and Amritsari Kulcha thali and sweet lassi.

1. In the menu it's clearly written Amritsari Kulcha served with chole and imli (Tamarind) chutney which has onion in it. But it was served without imli ki chutney and in replacement was given green chutney which had no taste..Chole were average in taste. The main attraction the kulcha was somewhat like a tandoori paratha that too stuffed with gobhi and filling was very less..overall a very poor taste and experience
2. Chur Chur naan was a simple tandoori paratha crushed with hand and had no butter and was bland in taste..dal makhani and same green chutney was served with it which was actually should have been served with imli chutney. Dal makhani which for a north Indian reasturant has to be the best was having no taste as if boiled daal has been served with cream over it..very disappointing
3. Lassi was served with roohafza over it and I understand some may love but they should have asked from the customer for their preference. We left most of the food and came out. And surprisingly we saw the servers arguing in front of the customers with their kitchen staff openly and rudely coz food was not cmg out on time. We had ask for water and spoon as a surprise as they didn't bother to keep the same.
