I recently had one of my worst experiences at a KFC outlet, which was quite unexpected considering the brand is globally known for its consistent quality, taste, and service standards. I visited this outlet with high expectations, especially as someone who has frequented over 10 different KFC branches in the past. Unfortunately, this particular visit was a complete letdown on multiple fronts.

To begin with, the ambiance of the outlet was highly uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not working at all, making the entire space feel like a furnace. It was unbearably hot inside, and when we approached the staff to inquire about the AC, they didn’t even bother to respond. The lack of basic customer courtesy and communication was extremely disappointing.

I had placed an order for Andhra Veg Rice, Paneer Zinger Burger, and Veg Spicy Burger, Veg roll, Fries and Fresh Lime. The wait time was excessively long — I had to wait nearly 30 minutes just for the Andhra Rice. Even then, I only received it after I approached the counter to follow up on my order. Shockingly, it was handed to me in a red-ticked box, which is generally used for non-vegetarian items. Concerned, I asked the staff if the item was vegetarian. Instead of a clear explanation, they simply changed the cap of the box and gave it back, which made me feel uneasy and unsure about the food’s authenticity.

The taste of the items was also a major letdown. Both the burgers I ordered — the Paneer Zinger and the Veg Spicy Burger — lacked the distinct KFC flavor that I’ve come to expect. The quality and freshness were simply not up to the mark. It genuinely felt like I was eating at a completely different, substandard fast-food joint, not a reputed chain like KFC.

To address my concerns, I filled out the online feedback form and specifically requested a callback. It’s now been three days, and I have yet to receive any response. This lack of follow-up only reinforces the sense that customer concerns are not taken seriously by this outlet or by the broader KFC support team.

As a loyal customer who has always chosen KFC over other fast-food chains for its reliable taste and service, this experience has been deeply disappointing. Worst branch of kfc ever. The quality of food is worst. Most of the time chicken is not properly cooked which leads to a bad pallete in mouth. I once complained about it, they gave me a new meal but again it had the same problem. On demand you will get decent meal but by default they serve stale french fries. After having several complains i dont know whats happenening with the store but its either getting renewed or closed because the furniture and other equipment were getting sacked. God forbid if someone wants to order online then you are doomed for the day after consuming the meal. I called the delivery partner and asked them to shut down their tie up with this branch of kfc, since the quality of food is even worst then dine in. And the problem is its location, people here dont care about eating smelly chicken which is why when people like me who are handful make some complains it doesnot get heard. The staff which roams around is decent enough to handover ketchup satches but the staff which works inside are from completely different planet. They will male sure that you get absolutely irrelevant looking meal. Most of the time the burger only has chicken with no veggie or very limites amount. At the end i would like to say that in every city there is one branch of kfc who doesnot deserve a tag of kfc which is this one. Same thing goes for other kfc in other cities. Following are the things one should consider before visiting any KFC store:

  1. Highly Overprized: All the items sold here are typically absolutely not any where close to value for money. If you are someone who cares about the money spent then one should not visit this place as you will end up with a three/four digit bill per visit.
  2. Misguided Marketing: Order any item of your choice, and look at the pictures of the items in the menu/store and look at the items on your plate. You will find that the items on your plate are no where close in size, quality and quantity to those shown in the pictures.
  3. Low quantities: All the sizes of the buckets, cups are purely strategic and are very tiny, you will not find much difference between small, medium and large options, the only significant difference you will find will be in the prices.

Overall, if you are someone who likes unhealthy junk food, and doesn't care about the money you spend and are fine just burning cash for the sake of it then this is the place for you, else go for some other value for money, not so...

Had a good time today. I visited it today though the customer service is not up to the mark but the shift manager has got the right pulse of understanding the customer's mind. While I was away from my table to collect my order one of the on floor service personnel took off my Pepsi and when I asked him he said that he disposed it unknowingly. I understood the situation and left the issue without escalating any further. Immediately after that the employee reached out to the shift manager and bought a Pepsi without even my request and when I asked him why did he do so, he smiled at me and said it's our responsibility. After that I interacted with the manager and told him that though the personnels are lagging in training , he was successful in inculcating responsibility in them. I appreciate his efforts and the entire team of KFC gachibowli. Cheers and all the best The team has earned my respect.!!!!

This made the environment extremely uncomfortable for dining. Secondly, during billing, the staff asked for my phone number but later billed the order under a different number. This appeared to be a deliberate move to manipulate the feedback process, as the survey link was sent to a number unrelated to me. Such practices are completely unacceptable and reflect poorly on the store’s integrity. Overall, the lack of basic comfort and questionable billing practices made this visit frustrating. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve customer experience.
