I recently visited Kholani’s with high expectations, hoping for a delightful dining experience. Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be a complete disappointment. From raw chicken to lackluster service and a complete absence of managerial response, the entire experience left much to be desired.
First and foremost, the most glaring issue was the quality of the food. To my shock and dismay, the chicken dish I ordered arrived raw in the center. This was not only a huge health concern but also a clear indication of the restaurant's lack of attention to food safety and proper cooking procedures. Consuming undercooked chicken poses a serious risk to one's health, and it is completely unacceptable for a restaurant to serve such a dish.
Equally disappointing was the level of service I received during my visit. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive, making it difficult to get their attention when needed. Their lack of knowledge about the menu and inability to provide suitable alternatives or solutions to the raw chicken issue further compounded the problem. The overall experience was marred by their indifference, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.
To make matters worse, the lack of managerial presence and accountability was highly concerning. Despite my attempts to bring the issue to their attention, there was no manager available to address my complaint. This absence of responsible management reflects poorly on the establishment and raises questions about their commitment to customer satisfaction and quality control.
Adding insult to injury, when it was time to settle the bill, I was astounded to see that I was charged the full amount, even though my meal was completely inedible due to the raw chicken. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to expect patrons to pay for a meal that was so clearly mishandled and failed to meet basic culinary standards.
In light of this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Kholani’s to anyone seeking an enjoyable dining experience. The combination of serving raw chicken, poor service, the absence of managerial response, and the audacity to charge the full bill at the end is indicative of a severe lack of professionalism and customer care. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously, rectifies the issues promptly, and works towards regaining the trust of their customers.

Of times after 10 mins they came we said they didn’t served mandi hot we have said twice thrice times also they’re giving silly reason that this is the last mandi just we have given the other last mandi to other customer it is not hot we can’t do anything and the other thing they didn’t even served soup also when we asked they said the soup is also over there no soup to serve you then y the hell they have taken 30 min when they have to served cold mandi in this cold weather and after having that cold rice in this cold weather they won’t even give you a finger bowl we have to go to the washroom for a hand wash and the washroom was smelling a lot we can’t even stand for few seconds till v wash our hands it was too dirty not even clean & hygiene I can’t even describe it, please guy’s don’t trust any vlog and insta video’s they only serve when you’re making some video’s to show off that they are best in ambience and in mandi but the fact is there is no good service and not even good food, management is also careless they don’t bother about the customers feedback and satisfaction… trust me Azeebo restaurant is best, am not promoting there restaurant but inspite of having a huge crowd at take away and dine in at azeebo they value there customers and they serve food hot whenever you visit there restaurant at 10pm also they don’t give you silly reason and always there will boys available to serve you better and take your concern and orders and while going also inspite of having huge crowd all days they thanks the customer and ask about the service and food that’s the best thing but this khulanis don’t want to visit again I don’t wanted to give 1 star also it is not worth it.. please guys see the reviews and go to this restaurant don’t trust any Insta videos and vlogs on YouTube.. it’s my genuine review and experience which I had yesterday night. Read moreOn the night of April 1st, I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, and I wasn't alone in my frustration. I called ahead to ask about their sehri menu and timings, and was told that last orders were taken at 3:30AM. I arrived with a group of friends at 2:30AM and was disappointed to see a long queue outside. We waited patiently for 30 minutes to be seated, but that was just the beginning of our ordeal.
Once we were seated, we ordered three sehri combos and were told that it would be ready in 5 minutes. However, after 15 minutes, we asked about the status of our order and were told that it would be ready in another 5 minutes. This cycle continued until 4AM when a staff member finally came over to tell us that there was no food left to serve us. We were shocked and appalled that we had been made to wait for so long, only to be told that we wouldn't be served at all.
To make matters worse, we found that there was no water in the washroom or washbasin, which was incredibly inconvenient for us and the other customers who needed to perform ablution before their meal. It was also apparent that we weren't the only ones who were suffering because of this. There were many other customers who had been waiting for hours, and none of us received any satisfactory answers to our questions.
The worst part was that all the managers and owners had fled from the scene, leaving the poor waiters behind who didn't have any answers for the hundreds of people's questions. This lack of responsibility and accountability is completely unacceptable.
Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Their service was incredibly poor, and their lack of hygiene facilities is a serious cause for concern.
