"I'm still trying to process the catastrophe that was the mutton biryani from [KRITUNGA RESTAURANT KOTHAPET]. It was a flavorless, textureless, and utterly disappointing disaster. The mutton was:

Tough and chewy, like eating leather Completely devoid of flavor, like they forgot to add salt, let alone spices Mixed with rice that was simultaneously overcooked and underseasoned Contaminated with what tasted like stale oil and old spices

The 'biryani' was essentially a sad, mushy mess served with a side of stale raita and a sprinkle of apathy. I've had better biryani at a school cafeteria. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want to ruin your taste buds and your day."

The service was also unfriendly and unapologetic. I demanded a refund and a personal apology. Needless to say, I...

Management seems to be changed...the name too is changed (differs in the name that you see in the dine-in),

1.) Worst Food in terms of quality and presentation. (1.5/5)

2.) The person who takes the food order doesn't have some awareness on the menu, regarding the food, Just present to take food order. (2/5)

3.) Food reaches the table ages after the order is requested, but an request to be raise to serve to the plates lying empty. Person who brings the food table doesn't do this...again an other person's reaches for the serve to plates...hopefully take 10mins after the food reaches table.. (1.5/5)

4.) Coming to the best part, THE TASTE. Don't expect for tasty food here... (1/5)

5.) Query raised to management on issues regarding the food quality, taste, hospitality and the ppl are not even upto the mark to answer, not even a word rolled out of their mouth...pin drop silence.... (1/5)

Sorry to say.. The food served here had no original flavours of the brand!! Completely tasteless and literally spooling the brand name and this the second worst kritinga franchise after panjagutta krithunga and the remaining branches Suchitra and kukatpally serves the original kritinga flavours and you can easily make out the difference the water jugs are of copper but they are of cheap quality and coming to the ambience as it is a new restaurant it has good infra and staff but food is pathetic especially chilly chicken is hot from outside and cold from inside haha what a shocking chicken it was.. I sincerely request the franchise owners not only to look for the profits but also look for the consistency in the quality has to be maintained so please check with kritinga owner once and retaliate the spices again please... I have wasted my 800 bucks today !!
