La Pino'z Pizza - Malakpet — Restaurant in Hyderabad

We had our dinner here back in March 2023 with family during our Vijayawada/Maredumilli/Warangal trip and back to home, Hyderabad and a very big sorry for the delayed review!

First of all a huge applause for the owner for his pateince and helpfulness and I am sorry, I did not get his name.

We ordered 2 pizzas for the four of us and once server I felt the pizza base was not freshly done; up on enquiry the owner himself took me into the kitchen and explained the process slowly! The pizza bases were being freshly done but was different from dominos I felt!

Kids and wife liked the pizza but I did not and ordered the quesadillas which tasted very good!

We also ordered the Belgian Chocolate waffle which was too sweet! My daughter liked it though!

We did not take many photos but added a few and there is no parking, no valet but only roadside parking which is very tricky and congested!

I might go back to try once more but please do try the place and add your pics/review so it is helpful for others!

Edit - The generous owner offered another pizza to try with some change in the pizza base because of my concern but I returned it since we were full and once again kudos to his customer...

I won't ever try la pinos again ... There's why

The store is combined with la pinos n Belgian waffle outlet . So the sitting area is shared. This brings issue of cleanliness as none of the tables were cleaned after the customers left and we had to pick the plates left n sit on the same table which wasn't cleaned . We ordered one large (most expensive one )slice what it's famous for and one regular pizza just to find who has more toppings as the price difference was 30-80rs between both as per category. However the slice lower on price than regular had better topping as the regular pizza edges were not covered with sauce n toppings . So 1/4pizza was dry .

However the base was better than Domino's . We are the regular pizza in lower category thinking we should save the exclusive one for last . But trust none of the two tasted as we expected. Just normal basic pizza. Major disappointment was that the slice was from the exotic category which said extra cheeze and it's didn't seem to have anything extra. This was my first n last time...

Service quality is pretty bad. They ignore online orders. Online order doesn't give ETA, and the store doesn't answer the calls. After 20minutes I started from home while trying to contact the store for ETA, they responded to the call when I am 5min away from the store. I was told it will take 20more minutes, I waited in the store for more than 40minutes to get the order. On the whole, it took more than 1hr for the pickup.

Internally, the store did not look anything like a pizza store but like normal bakery setup. For the price of the pizza's the store ambience is pretty bad. Pizza was average taste, and mostly I felt eating dough sometimes (maybe not well baked) I still gave 3 stars for food because, of the 4 varieties of Pizza I ordered, Burn to Hell Pizza was really good and the best pizza I ever had otherwise I would have given 1 star...
