La Pino'z Pizza Kukatpally — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I had a terrible experience with La Pino'z Pizza. After placing an order, the delivery took over an hour, and when the food finally arrived, it was completely cold. The garlic bread was so hard it was practically inedible. To make matters worse, there’s no option for cancellation or replacement, even if the food arrives in such poor condition.

They deliver the food using porters, which feels more like they’re shipping goods than providing freshly prepared meals to customers. The app misleadingly shows a 30-minute delivery time, but they seem to deliver whenever they feel like it, without any accountability.

The restaurant manager was rude and unprofessional, refusing to acknowledge their mistakes or provide any solutions. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend La Pino'z Pizza to anyone looking for quality food and...

Not recommended for Pizza and Pasta lovers. Worst experience. We ordered the Classic pack of 4 veg pizzas and Alfredo Pasta.

The pizza was filled with liquid cheese that tasted terrible and nothing like a pizza. Worst taste. We couldn't finish even one pizza. 2/10

The White sauce pasta also had this liquid cheese and it was very bland in taste, no salt, oregano or chilli flakes. We couldn't eat more than a bite. 3/10

The worst experience of all is the service. The receptionist was very rude to us when we asked him politely to pack the leftover food (2 untouched pizzas, pasta) as we were unable to eat it anymore. He refused to pack it saying they won't pack small food items. What!???!? We had to leave the place disappointed. Waste of 527 rs. Never visiting...

Just amazing. I regret, not discovering this place earlier. The pizza crust is thin like it should be, the sauce is the tastiest, the toppings are full, the cheese is not sticky, non gooey, it's just the right quality. They even serve party size pizza upto monstrous size of 24 inches! They serve all the Italian cuisine including Quesadilla, spaghetti, lasagna and choco lava cake! The staff was very attentive and friendly. Overall the pizza was satisfactory. The experience was unimaginably good. The La Pino's Pizza place is undoubtedly underrated. I must admit it is a hundred times better than the Domino's or the Pizza Hut. I would hugely recommend the place for pizza, definitely visit with family...
