Lassi Story — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Ordered whey protein and they gave me an extremely sweet date milkshake (Natural Whey). I told them they gave the wrong item, then they gave me a sappotta milkshake claiming it to be whey shake. When I pointed that out and gave it back to them, they pretended to.remake it and again gave me the same date shake which they made earlier which i rejected.. They don't have whey powder in stock and trying to fool the customers... I had had enough and didn't hae the energy to argue further. .Left the product on the shelf and left the store.. They didn't even offer an apology or a refund...They were happy tgat they finally got rid of me. ....

I know some might not appreciate my review for the lassi shop. But being a North Indian i didn't feel that they serve Right lassi, i have tasted two time's the same dry fruit lassi in different franchise outlets and both times the taste was different and consistency of the lassi was thick at the first time thin at second time. They add too much of icecream that changes the real taste of lassi. Less amount of dry nuts more of raisins. They can do better, but still you can visit lassi shop but not for lassi, instead of lassi have some milkshake which are more popular...

Wow superb delicious and thank you Lassi Shop team awsome drinks me and my family trusted the most is only this in our madhapur area, you guys are superb in maintaining hygienic.

My kids loves the most as my younger son 4years old always choose different drinks from your menu every day. He never miss even single day.
