Beautiful store with very professional and efficient staff. The interior is very large and air-conditioned so you'll feel right at home and in fact you'll not want to leave or even sleep here. The variety of products is unparalleled. We have pastries of various kinds, biscuits, cookies, osmania biscuits, cocoailitni, and even miscellaneous items like gems, marshmallows, pickle, other Indian sweets etc. The best part is that they are so well packaged that you can actually use them as gifts for friends and family. There are separate counters for different functionality - billing, wrapping etc. The crowd who come here are sophisticated and quick with their work. Transport to this store is easy as it lies on a road which isn't that busy. The foot pavement outside the store is good. There are clear notice boards inside the store indicating timings and guidelines.

There is also very good music playing in the background to amplify the ambience here. The volume of the music is low so it doesn't interrupt your shopping thought process.

Karachi Bakery is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Karachi Bakery has become one of the most disappointing food brands I’ve come across. Their gulab jamun is a complete disaster – tasteless, stale, and dripping with oil instead of having real flavor. Even the other items they sell, whether sweets or bakery products, are of very poor quality.

The brand seems to be living only on its old name and hype, not on actual quality. Cleanliness is questionable, freshness is missing, and customer service is careless. For the price they charge, the quality is absolutely unacceptable.

They have lost all trust and respect from customers. Instead of maintaining standards, Karachi Bakery is destroying its own reputation by selling substandard food. Many better bakeries and sweet shops provide far superior products at more reasonable prices.

If you value your health, taste, and money, I strongly advise not to buy anything from Karachi Bakery. They do not deserve the name or fame...
