I recently visited Maredumille restaurant in Hitect city and I must say, I was quite disappointed with the level of service provided.
From the moment we stepped in, my party and I struggled to get the attention of our waiter. We had to wait for what felt like an eternity just to place our orders. Even simple requests like asking for water and forks seemed to go unnoticed, leaving us feeling ignored and frustrated.
As someone who understands the importance of good service when dining out, this experience fell far below my expectations. It's disheartening when the basic needs of customers are not met promptly and efficiently.
Furthermore, the lack of attentiveness from the staff created an atmosphere of impatience and dissatisfaction among the diners. It is crucial for restaurants to prioritize customer satisfaction by providing prompt and attentive service, especially during peak hours.
Despite this disappointing experience, I must mention that the food at Maredumille was delicious. The were well-balanced and the presentation was aesthetically pleasing. However, it's to note that a restaurant's overall reputation is heavily influenced by the quality of its service.
In conclusion, while the food at Maredumille restaurant was commendable, the lackluster service overshadowed the overall dining experience. I hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests receive the attentive and...
Read moreVery expensive restaurant. Like the Atmosphere is fake the food is also fake. They told us that each and every item will be cooked after your order and will take a minimum of 15 minutes for starters and 30 minutes for the main course. So, we ordered all the items at once, it includes 5 starters, 4 kuchipudi pulav and two adavi rotis. They just get all of them in just 7 Minutes. That means it's not freshly cooked, they just heated the items and brought to us into the table. Just faking the customers. Funny thing is, he is testing the cooker whistle in front of us to show case that the vapour pressure still exists in the cooker to fake that it's fresh.
All together, just imagine by the time we complete the starters the main course food becomes very cold.
And the tragedy is, while we are just in the process of completion only the service guys came and started cleaning the table and removing everything from the table and waiting in front of us, it's giving pressure on us to eat fast.
Just 1 or 2 starters are excellent, and the rest are average.
Overall it's Very expensive and average food and fake politeness staff(i think it's not a staff problem, but the manager who indicates or gives orders to do is the culprit)
I will not recommend Maredumilli to anyone, it's a fake expensive world Not worth the Money we spent.
Just imagine how much we spent for 8 people??
It's 12000/- coming around...
Read moreFirstly it's just hype among people .... offcourse cuisine is unique but not worthy wrt time we wait and amount we spend . On week day , I have waited 30 mins in queue to get our turn . Then order few items, waited for aprox 50minutes to 1 hr (huge waiting time) . Finally the ordered dish was very little and not that tasty too but I assure it's very unique ( this is the main reason i choose this restaurant)
May be this info will be useful to the first time visitors ..how to choose a item? Let's assume one looking for fish item ... then fish is available in multiple flavours like tamarind flavor /dried mirchi/gongura/ green mirchi ..once the flavour is selected , we can choose cooking style like grilled or pan fried or bamboo cooked . That's how one can select multiple items with different flavours and cooking style .
Note :Bamboo one will charge additional 100 rupees on specified rate in menu.
People park at open space available in that building , but I don't think it is specifically for this restaurant. But okay one can easily get a parking space but not a seat in restaurant 😛 .
Finally why u want to visit this restaurant is because of it's ambience!!! . Yes it's unique, but clumpsy, crowdy, I felt like I was not in a restaurant, it was something like a food festival . Give a try to experience it's food taste...
